Great B&B experience, highly recommended for visiting Sperlonga! The B&B staff were friendly and amenable, and there were many reasons why we enjoyed our stay: - Excellent location: 3 minutes' walk from the ocean, 30 seconds' walk to the bus stop that takes you to/from the train station at Fondi, and 3 minutes' walk from a convenient grocery store. - Fun rooms with a super little balcony: vintage tiles in the room, a handy fridge, and a balcony with a drying rack that was useful for our beach towels and swimsuits - Bikes: the B&B has bikes for guests to use that made getting around Sperlonga easy and fun.

Siamo arrivati nella struttura in serata ed abbiamo trovato ad aspettarci Enrico, che ci ha accolti molto cordialmente. Dopo il check-in ci ha dato anche indicazioni utili per la visita dei dintorni. Il BeB dispone di un parcheggio interno adeguato al numero di stanze ed è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico. Si può fare tutto a piedi, anche fino alla Villa di Tiberio e alla panchina gigante, per chi ha voglia di camminare! La nostra stanza (Ponza) è dotata di arredi semplici e funzionali, c'è tutto quello che serve (aggiungerei giusto un paio di appendini, ad essere pignoli), compreso un balconcino con stendino e mollette. Letti comodi e cuscini extra per chi ne ha bisogno. Bagno con doccia perfettamente funzionante. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione ottima, ma prevalentemente dolce. Personale sempre disponibile e attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro.Struttura nuova e confortevole con camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Enrico gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La colazione è ottima con torte squisite fatte in casa Assolutamente consigliato.

Struttura che sembra appena costruita. Ottimi i servizi con mini frigorifero, cassaforte in camera, fontanella per sciacquare i piedi e domotica per aprire cancelli esterni e portone. Perfetto il parcheggio e a 1 minuto a piedi dal mare. Il nostro stabilimento era a soli 10 minuti a piedi. A 1 solo chilometro dal centro storico ma attenzione che la salita e ripida. Ottime le convenzioni con i ristoranti. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Complimenti a loro. Torneremo sicuramente

Ottimo B&B. Ci sono stato già due volte. Camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Enrico è molto gentile e disponibile così come la sorella. Vicino alla spiaggia. Comodissimo parcheggio. Buona colazione. Lo consiglio decisamente e torneremo con piacere.

Struttura molto accogliente siamo stati benissimo i gestori simpatici e pronti a soddisfare ogni segnalazione o esigenza. Ci torneremo. Da consigliare. È vicino al mare circa due cento metri prima di arrivare in spiaggia poi c'è un ottimo supermercato Sigma ed una pizzeria a taglio dove rifocillarsi . Tutto ok.

Che fortuna aver incontrato Enrico con il suo b&b in posizione centrale a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia principale di Gaeta…. Servizi e cortesia eccellenti … camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort come sentirsi a casa … la possibilità di muoversi a piedi tra mare e centro storico… Posizione magica 😘👌

Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno, sempre meglio in disponibilità, servizio, pulizia, comodità e super colazione con moltissimi prodotti dolci fatti in casa di alta qualità, dalla signora Pina e complimenti ad Enrico per la gestione su tutti i punti di vista del turista/amico pronto ad esaudire ogni esigenza. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno e la vicinanza a tutte le spiagge ed il centro dí Sperlonga.
