"It's close to the train station, but it's tiring to push luggage up and down the hill. I don't recommend staying in this small town. The service staff are very polite. The balcony room has a beautiful view, but the best photo spot is still at the entrance of the train station. The elevator is too small. The breakfast is the simplest among all the hotels we have stayed in for more than a month."

"The terrace view of the lake view room is great! You can directly see Spitz Castle and Lake Tuen. It is a pleasure to sit on the road and watch the scenery. There is also a group of black sheep downstairs that is very cute.
Check-in needs to be confirmed in the email, you can directly unlock the mobile phone, this is very convenient, the health is very good, the whole house is very clean, two people live very generous, and the dishwasher is great
Very close to Spitz Railway Station, there is a ramp to push the box directly, there is a coop and a pharmacy drugstore in a few minutes walk nearby, the overall is very convenient ～"

"The hotel is located on the shore of the beautiful Lake Tus, and every shot is a beautiful view. The transportation is very convenient, and the train, bus, and ferry are all within walking distance. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, the breakfast is very rich, and the front desk service is thoughtful and very enthusiastic. It changed my impression of other Swiss people. I hope that all Swiss people are like the front desk staff. It is worth recommending."

"The overall environment is very beautiful, and the hotel will give you a bus card for surrounding areas.
The sauna and massage pool are very comfortable. You must enjoy them when you stay. They can definitely eliminate the fatigue of the day. The breakfast area is beautiful!
It's a pity that we were assigned to a hotel room upstairs in a nearby building. It was located in a very remote part of the hotel. There was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Not arranged on the main floor, the experience is a bit worse."

"There is nothing to complain about the room, hygiene, breakfast, and view. Slippers are provided. There are facilities such as infinity pool, indoor heated pool, Roman bath, etc. The public garden and benches on the hillside are especially good.
Unfortunately, the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is basically a decoration. It must be booked in advance, which is not friendly to people traveling independently in Switzerland. Other hotels take the initiative to offer pick-up and drop-off.
I remember it was raining that day, and the front desk had no intention of sending the luggage when picking up the luggage. I asked if there was a drop-off service, and the cold reply was no. The town is basically all slopes, and the service is average."

"I don't know if it was because of the high expectations from the Chinese media about Spitz that the actual impression was quite average, or maybe it was because the weather was bad for a few nights. The room was pretty good except that it was small. The view for breakfast was good, but it was a bit difficult to sit by the window if there were not four of us. The garden was great, and the various plants and fruits were very healing to see. I even picked up an apple that fell on the ground, and I still remember how sweet it tasted."
