Fab Premier Inn! Definitely book early for the best price 😉 Parking on-site, pub nearby, and just a short walk into Cardiff.

We stayed at Premier Inn Cardiff South for two nights and had a very positive experience overall. Although we initially had some trouble with our booking (which wasn’t Premier Inn’s fault), Luke at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Luke went above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything was sorted, which made a huge difference to our stay. It’s clear he’s a hardworking and dedicated member of the team. Thanks to his efforts, our visit was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant. Highly recommend this location, especially with staff like Luke around—he truly made us feel welcome

The car park was large and free. The bay was a £6 uber/bolt ride away. It is the usual well known premier inn experience...except in this one the family room was very cramped. We stay as a family of 4 in many pi's on a regular basis...mostly Swindon, two locations, Guernsey, Hereford or Somerset. This family room was tiny in comparison to ones we have been allocated at other locations. The very nice gentleman on the reception desk informed me that all the family rooms here were this size. Not sure this was accurate? There was no room to get out of the two children's beds, except at the bottom. The three beds were all touching meaning the adults could only get into bed on the one side. The double bed was pushed so close to the wall the other side that the small bedside table was only just squeezed in! I have a machine by the side of the bed at night giving me no option to sleep on the side with the access to plug and table. It was just one night so just an inconvenience....but had this been our 4 night Guernsey trip it would have been a problem! Disappointed. Both the PI and the Brewers Fayre next door were a bit jaded. Although they looked ok they could do with a freshen up; good vacuum in the corridors of the hotel, and tables in restaurant need a coat of varnish/oil.

Excellent hotel , yet again getting chased for £100 parking fine despite logging on for "1 day" which appears to mean until midnight. Arrived back after midnight, get finds for that. Awful system. Great bed great breakfast great staff awful parking management

We had a great stay here, the hotel met all our needs, free parking, 15 min walk to central Cardiff (which was absolutely buzzing on a Saturday night) or £7 uber, nice comfy bed, lovely hot shower & a great breakfast. We saw a large stag party check in & our hearts sunk a bit but we hear no noise & slept soundly

Lovley hotel,big rooms, very big car park for free ,very clean and amazing people !Polish woman done amazing stayover cleaning,thank you. There was fan in the room and window open so was perfect night stay. Thank you guys and see you soon !!!
