Premier Inn Cardiff City South

Was great. Staff were all friendly. Check in was easy. the restraunt/bar was great and very friendly accommodating staff. Realy enjoyed my stay at this premier Inn and breakfast was lovly. All you can eat and oh I eat! Thanks everyone at Premier Inn South

A very quiet hotel just outside the city centre. The staff were very welcoming at all times, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Luke and Lenesha were great, as well as others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. Any issues or questions I had were dealt with immediately. All in all a very good stay.

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately only a couple of downfalls, No bath mat in bathroom, my mum Slip nothing to serious thank god. Only 2 towels for our group considering family of 3. And food across they way wasn’t great, We walked into Cardiff which is only 20 min walk. We also visited Cardiff castle which was lovely. We were aloud to leave the car for most of the day after checkout which was an added bonus for us.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and bed extremely comfortable. Given its location we were surprised how quiet it was, we live in an extremely rural location so was expecting to be disturbed by road noise however this was not the case. Reception staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming at all times. Loved the lavender shower gel in the bathroom, nice little touch. We paid the additional for the buffet cooked breakfast at the restaurant next door. All tastes were catered for. Again staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. If I wanted to be pickie and find fault there wasn't enough coffee pods for the machine and milk pods in the room... however this is quickly rectified by a quick trip to reception. Keep up the great work and high standards Premier Inn Cardiff South you're all doing a sterling job

The welcome was amazing by the staff there. All information we needed was advised no problems. When we entered the room it looked perfect. What u expected. Sadly when entering the bathroom there was marks on the tiles by the bath. On further inspection there were 🤢 cut toe nails all over the floor by side of bed. I continued to check the room to find hair in the bath. I reported this to reception and the gentleman on reception was so apologetic about it. He said he would get someone to come clean room as he was unable to move us to another room as was fully booked. Within a few mins he arrived and cleaned the room himself. He was totally wonderful. He offered us breakfast free of charge which was a wonderful offer. I could not fault the reception staff for going above and beyond to help and sort the issue out.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, nice sized bath, shower as well, within walking distance of the city centre. Huge car park for those worried about parking, for me this was the selling point. Really enjoyed the breakfasts in Brewers Faye as well. I will be returning.
