Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane Valley

I enjoyed this trip a lot. Very nice room and staff. There is parking but it gets full late at night. Lots of food nearby. Pool is next door at the other hotel. Breakfast is lame but there is a Dennys in the parking lot. We decided to stay an extra night cause we liked it so much =]

While this hotel states it is pet friendly, has breakfast, and a pool/hot tub none if these things is true. The pool and hot tub are across the street located in a different hotel. The breakfast consists of only 1 pre-packed pastry option. You must be in your room at all times with your pet. You cannot step out for breakfast or anything without the office calling you and doing a room check. You also cannot opt out of a full housekeeping each day in which you have to leave your room for 45 minutes. Ended up leaving early I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel. Do not recommend

Nothing fancy, very basic, horrible lumpy pillows, bathroom looked and felt barley clean. Didn't want to take a shower. Noisy, woke us up several times.

The staff, Sunny and Heather, were so friendly and efficient. The plants in the lobby really added to the ambiance as did the lovely landscaping around the parking lot. Pool area looked so welcoming tho didn’t have time to use it. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was better than most complimentary ones. The hotel is located in a safe convenient location.

Not worth it, dirty and unkempt. No accessible access. The door to the elevator without stairs in front of it was broken so it was climb 9 stairs or walk around the entire hotel to the front and then the entire length of the hotel to the elevator. Carpets had staining, elevator shook and rattled, breakfast wasn't as it was pictured but was just bulk pastries in a fridge. The toilet didn't flush well and the sink would back up and bubble if the water ran for more than 10 seconds. Ladybugs kept landing on me in the room. It said maid service daily but the first day they came in and gave me new towels but didn't empty the trash (which had food garbage in it) or do anything else, the second day they didn't come in at all.

The check in was slow and repetitive to what I did by pre checking in online. The staff was mostly fine, but did complain about other customers during check in. Breakfast was not even worth offering. Room was fine and clean.
