We were meant to stay for 2 nights but my sisters husband fell ill and despite them having asked for a doctors note, which was sent 5 times, we were still charged the full amount . I understand that the original booking said no free cancellation but that would surely be up to the hotels discretion and with a doctors note, a little compassion would've helped. My brother in law was so ill he was in hospital, we did not think he was going to come out but our pleas fell on deaf ears. Even if I do get a chance to go to Spoleto one day, I would certainly stay away from this hotel and my friends would be advised accordingly

Hotel semplice ma curato nel dettaglio. Stanze pulite calde e soprattutto indipendenti. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico della città e personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione con dolci tipici , torte deliziose e a richiesta anche pietanze salate. Rapporto qualità prezzo 10/10

Posizionato in zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio in zona. Supermercato LIDL a 50 metri. Abbiamo dormito per due notti. Camera e bagno buoni e molto puliti. Abbastanza vicino al Centro Citta e alle vie di uscita dalla stessa. Unica pecca......nessuno scontrino!!! Un arrivederci e grazie....io da dipendente pago sino all'ultimo centesimo di tasse!!!!

Soggiornato una notte durante un giro dell'Umbria in bici. Proprietario ineducato e arrogante. Al telefono ci ha detto che c'era il posto per le bici. Arrivati li voleva i soldi extra per metterle in garage.. stessa storia per l'aria condizionata che su booking era inclusa. Ci ha fatto legare le bici fuori dalla stanza vicino alla ringhiera e si è messo anche a gridare perché con la ruota abbiamo sporcato il muro. Lo abbiamo pulito.. però che era tutto scrostato..mah..forse non se ne è mai accorto... Cmq c'è modo e modo di dire le cose. Peccato questa esperienza così negativa perché nei giorni precedenti abbiamo soggiornato in alberghi e b&b in cui ci hanno fatto tenere le bici nel garage o in camera ed abbiamo incontrato personale gentile e disponibile

Esperienza di 1 notte estremamente negativa Telefonicamente ci mettiamo d'accordo per orario di arrivo e prezzo Una volta arrivati li , ci viene chiesto il sovrapprezzo x deposito biciclette e aria condizionata ( cosa nn richiesta x telefono) Le biciclette abbiamo dovuto legarle fuori e addirittura mi viene chiesto un supplemento x aver toccato il muro esterno con il copertone Proprietario maleducato e scontroso

I miei genitori, pensando di doversi fermare per una notte, nelle prime ore del pomeriggio sono andati all’albergo chiedendo una stanza, hanno lasciato i bagagli e sono usciti. Dopo circa un’ora sono rientrati e hanno comunicato che, a causa di un problema non dipendente da loro, non potevano più fermarsi. Chiedevano, pertanto di non pagare il prezzo pieno per la stanza. La titolare si è impuntata e ha preteso il pagamento per intero (esclusa la prima colazione) !! Sono veramente indignato, sarebbe bastato un po’ di buonsenso.

DOVE LA CORTESIA NON E' CERTAMENTE DI CASA! ho contattato questa struttura per soggiornare due notti in marzo per motivi personali e lo avevo selezionato dopo aver preso visione della vicinanza con l'ospedale. Premetto che faccio lo stesso lavoro da più di 30 e di solito non amo ne scrivere né criticare i colleghi, ma la maleducazione del Signore che mi ha risposto al telefono non merita questa accortezza. Quando ho fatto presente sui siti il suo hotel era prenotabile mentre stava rifiutando la mia richiesta mi ha liquidato con un .. " grazie a lei per avermi rotto li..." se anche mai non dovessi trovare disponibilità in nessun hotel piuttosto che lì dormirei in macchina.

Quando siamo arrivati avevamo confuso l'hotel con una casa diroccata lì vicino e a momenti ci prende un colpo visto che avevamo già pagato. Una volta compresa l'entrata ci siamo rincuorati. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita e anche il bagno. Wifi e anche asciugacapelli. Colazione solo dolce ma molto varia. Posizione comoda anche per andare in centro città a piedi.

E' gia il secondo anno che abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura e non posso che confermare l'esperienza piu' che positiva avendo anche un cane di taglia grossa. Parcheggio interno, camera ampia, buoan colazione e proprietari gentilissimi ! Speriamo di vederci anche l'anno prossimo in occasione della gara del nostro cagnolone !
