The room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

This hotel has a good location. Approximately 3 minute walk from tarin station. We booked the high floor balcony room for a night stay and it was good! The view from the balcony is fantastic. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are great and accommodating. The shower has good pressure. The shower hose is too high, good for tall people. However, the parking area is terrible. Overall, it is great!

The location is relatively remote, the facilities are simple and old, and the public elevator walkways are quite narrow. If location is not a priority, it is generally not recommended to consider it. After all, the room rate is not cheap.
Kennigo Hotel Brisbane, Independent Collection by an EVT hotel

The hotel is just about okay. I feel like they are trying to hard to be a good hotel but are falling really short. It’s easy to get to the airport from here but after staying in numerous hotels in Australia over the past couple of weeks, this one is definitely at the bottom of my list.

The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
