They gave milk and breakfast. The place was very clean. The only thing was it was about a 20 mins walk to main city.

Firstly, I would like to express my deep disappointment that your hotel employs a staff member who displayed ****** behavior toward an international guest. During my check-in on Sunday, 26 July (around 5:00–6:00 PM), I was assisted by a middle-aged male receptionist. I am from South Korea and have limited English, so my friend came to help interpret. When we briefly spoke Korean, the receptionist became visibly irritated and said, “I don’t speak Japanese.” When my friend told him he could not assume our nationality, he replied that he could and made no attempt to apologize. This behavior was offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. My friend left only because he did not want to cause a disturbance, but he was deeply concerned about leaving me alone with someone who had just behaved this way. This experience ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip and left us feeling humiliated. I hope K2 Brisbane reviews its CCTV footage, investigates this incident seriously, and takes appropriate action. No international guest should be treated this way because of their language or ethnicity. I look forward to the management’s response.

Cheap and centrally located. However, there was excessive noise from traffic on the road which made it difficult to sleep, plus people moving around in the corridors was also very loud.
