Nice hotel. The location is perfect 👌 Near to Central at 5 min walk. You can visit the city bu foot. There is a Woolworth not far. The room is big, the bathroom is perfect with soap, shampoo and bodycream.. The cleaning was made everyday and it was very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good with choice.

We stayed here to visit families in Brisbane. Lovely staff, clean environment, breakfast included. The hotel is just a short 10-min walk to the CBD, perfect for Boxing Day shopping.

Was in Brisbane in May for short gateway.Stayed in Holiday inn express.It was at cbd area.Location was excellent and walking distance to shops and metro.The hotel was clean and comfortable.Had nice breakfast.The staff was very helpful and caring.
Housekeeping was fantastic .Daily they cleaned my room.Had a great stay here.

The location is fairly convenient — about a 15-minute walk to the City Centre. Breakfast was complimentary; while it wasn't anything fancy, it covered the basics well, with scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, yogurt, oats, and more. The room felt a tad too small, especially compared to our stay at Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Coast, but it was clean and functional. One of the nice surprises was the communal area near reception, which features board games, a mini table tennis setup, and a foosball table — great for a bit of fun indoors. It was raining throughout our stay in Brisbane, and the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas, which was a nice touch!

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel has minimal amenities provided, no bathroom slippers, no mineral water etc but the room was spotless. Breakfast was basic with minimal changes every day.
