"The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again."

"The airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!"

Aayevrilthis hotel was one of the best and prettiest hotels ever !!! their staff, service, cleanliness, amenities EVERYTHING was perfect. their pool, sauna and gym and bar was AMAZING providing towels for the pool and gym. the bed was so so comfy. the location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and others. i would DEFINITELY recommend even if it was for a little date or family vacation. i am so coming back here!!

CChristianThe location is fairly convenient — about a 15-minute walk to the City Centre. Breakfast was complimentary; while it wasn't anything fancy, it covered the basics well, with scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, yogurt, oats, and more. The room felt a tad too small, especially compared to our stay at Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Coast, but it was clean and functional. One of the nice surprises was the communal area near reception, which features board games, a mini table tennis setup, and a foosball table — great for a bit of fun indoors. It was raining throughout our stay in Brisbane, and the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas, which was a nice touch!

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️

HHayden ZhouBetter than our expectation because the previous reviews were not too positive, however the room was very clean, and furnitures are new. Though room was small but that was clearly stated when we made the booking. One thing to consider is that the hotel lobby is going though some renovation, next to the hotel is a constructing site of a building so you would experiencing significant noises during the day. But if you just stay here for the night and spend the daytime outside should be fine.
