Webber BBQ and kitchen stocked for all needed tools for dinner. New master bathroom with modern fixtures heated doors are all in. Guest bathroom is also radiant flooring for those coming in the off season. Private beach access as well as we are part of the Clearwater beach unique community. The house is year round which allows for off season enjoyment as much as in season.
