Room was far too warm. Hotel needs investment with aircon added to cope with south east summers. The fan that was provided just circulated warm air. We will stay at a different hotel next time we are in the area

Due to Ed Sheeren being in town we were expecting everyone to be busy but every member of staff was welcoming, polite and super helpful. They all took time to help answer any questions we had and have a little chat about the concert. All amazing staff. Well done, I hope you all had Monday off after what must have been a crazy weekend!!!

I had such an incredible stay at Premier Inn recently! Everything was spotless and welcoming, but it was the little touches they added for the Ed Sheeran concert that truly made it special. From themed decorations to the friendly staff clearly getting into the concert spirit—it was so cute and made the whole experience feel even more exciting. The beds were so comfy too—I honestly slept like a dream. After a night of singing and dancing, it was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be booking again next time there’s a concert nearby. Thanks, Premier Inn, for going the extra mile!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a female traveller I felt safe, but if it was the winter and i had to park in the top part of the car park I might feel differently. There was a fan which kept the room cool in the heat. The room however was very dated, the carpet and chair needed replacing. The free internet was very poor so I had to hotspot. The bathroom was clean, but there was mould around the bath (needs the sealant and tiles regrouting/ resealed). There was a smell I couldn't put my finger on, then realised it smelt like my 97 year old granny's bathroom. Obviously urine that has gone on the flooring. I was too busy to say anything but having paid over £100 per night I left feeling as though I could get better value elsewhere.

The friendliest premier so far to date Young lady serving breakfast so helpful Desk staff supplied plug for charger I’d forgotten Beds comfy Extra pillows if needed. Our overall stay was brilliant thank you

We had a fantastic week at this gem of a Premier Inn tucked beside the A14 but with minimal road noise. The building may be older than many but the housekeeping staff Sylvie, Lai, Tammy and Paul on maintenance do a great job of keeping it all clean and working well. There's no air conditioning but even on the hottest day (35°C outside) we were comfortable. Reception staff greeted us with smiles and happily refrigerated/froze our bottled water and ice blocks. They offered advice on places to visit and made sure our requests were met. Saving the best till last Breakfast was a joy every day. The breakfast room was kept tidy and the continental breakfast supplies kept well stocked by Selina and Justin and the well cooked and presented hot breakfasts turned out to order by Nicole, David and Caroline (what a treat to get fried bread when so many places no longer offer it). Emily must be a great manager to oversee all this and the whole staff are a credit. I feel sure we'll be back here again.
