My stay at Lemon Garden Resort was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. This place is all about false promises and zero accountability. Here’s why I strongly advise others to avoid it: 1. Service – Extremely Poor and Unprofessional The staff were careless and unresponsive. Basic hospitality was missing entirely. Every request felt like a burden to them, and there was no sense of urgency or courtesy. 2. Swimming Pool – Dirty and Overcrowded The pool was unclean and not maintained at all. What made it worse was that the resort allows outsiders in large numbers for day-long programs and events. These crowds took over the pool and common areas, making it impossible for in-house guests to enjoy any facility in peace. It felt like we were secondary guests in a place we paid to stay at. 3. Breakfast – Substandard and Unsafe The breakfast was pathetic. The chicken served was cold, rubbery, and tasted stale—a serious hygiene concern. Overall, the food lacked quality, freshness, and variety. Even basic items were served half-heartedly. 4. Food Service – Delayed and Disorganized Room service was a disaster. Food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was often cold. Not once did they get the order right, and no one seemed to care about the quality or presentation. 5. AC – Barely Functional The room’s air conditioning was a joke. It barely worked, made weird noises, and left us sweating all night. Complaints to reception were met with excuses and no actual solution. 6. Parking – Unsafe and Unmanaged Parking was a complete mess. No designated slots, no security, and zero assistance from staff. It looked like anyone could walk in or out of the parking area unchecked. 7. Management – Arrogant and Uncaring Perhaps the most shocking part was the attitude of the management. When we tried to bring up our concerns, they were dismissive, rude, and acted like they were doing us a favor by even listening. Zero sense of responsibility or guest care. ⸻ Final Verdict: Lemon Garden Resort is not worth your money, time, or patience. Poor facilities, bad food, unprofessional staff, and complete mismanagement—made even worse by the constant flow of outsiders who ruin the experience for paying guests. I regret booking this place and hope others don’t make the same mistake.
