I'll say right away: it's a matter of taste. For example, I don't like the modern style with grey or white walls, black furniture, glass tables, etc. That's why I look for something in an antique style if possible. And here they were resourceful! One says kitsch, I say - fabulous! So cozy and pretty! I felt like a princess! My son, a young man, was blown away too! There weren't many people there at the time, first breakfast was a buffet, then it was made especially for us. It didn't bother us. It was always delicious and everything you could want for breakfast. On top of that, the staff was very friendly. I booked directly with the hotel and asked for specific rooms, everything was done exactly as I wanted. No matter what problems or wishes you have, they always help you, day and night. The small town of Sremski Karlovci is like something out of a fairy tale. The hotel is right in the center, next to a Chinese shop that sells all kinds of things, and around it there are several restaurants, a cafe and a pharmacy. To Novi Sad, 15-20 minutes by car or taxi, you can also take a bus, which also runs nearby. Only one point deducted for something that is very important to me personally. I was looking for a hotel with a pool, which is particularly important - with a warm pool. There are 2 pools in the hotel, the larger one with slightly warm water, but not too warm. The whirlpool is really cold, though. I'm actually used to something different: the large pool is at room temperature, the whirlpool is always warm. At least everywhere I've been so far. It was still summer, so we could still use the pools, but other than that... Before I book something, I always read a lot of reviews, but nowhere did it say anything about pools. My big wish: that the owners at least make a pool with warm water next season. I would love to visit this hotel again and again! Otherwise, from my point of view, there is nothing to complain about and I would like to thank the friendly and helpful hotel staff from the bottom of my heart! Spasibo tebe, Serbia ot Rossii!

Es liegt sehr zentral direkt am Hauptplatz. Es gibt sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr freundlich Personal und hilfsbereit. Wenige Parkplätze sind vorhaben. Alles war sehr sauber, gutes Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr speziell, super "altmodisch", aber das ist bewusst so gehalten - eigener Stil.
