The room is decent and nice deco as they have well maintained the area.
As we went during the winter / cold weather, it’s really cold in the room without heater. Heater is only available for 2 hours as it’s using gas and not healthy for long burning. Good thing is that the staff gave the hot water pack for sleeping and keep us warmer.
The electricity sometimes goes off - not sure if it is due to the limited electricity supply. Free Wifi is provided in the room, however when electricity is gone, no wifi.

The hospitality was top notch with a warm welcome the location of the hotel is too good. The overall ambiance was peaceful, and the hotels facilities were well maintained

Property location was east to find. The sikara we hired for dal lake tour took us to the house boat. It was a beautiful houseboat. The room was nice.
But the staff were often missing, when we tried to reach or call. Overall behaviour was friendly and good.

Our stay at this place was fantastic, we occupied all the rooms and the rooms were clean and clean toilets too, the food was good and tasty, as we had dinner and breakfast. The staff was very helpful especially mr muneeb was very very humble to us and supportive we enjoyed here alot we recommend everyone to visit here at once
