The housekeeping service given by Abdul Wahid was outstanding! Every corner of my room was spotless, and all tasks were done with great attention to detail. Very impressed and highly recommend! Food cooked by Rafaqat was also very delicious and tasty, variety in dishes and preparation. It is also highly recommended.

The room service and ambience were at par and excellent. Food served was best in the area. Everything was on time. The sight seeing places are near by the Ilaf residency. Staff was cooperative on a ring. If you are in srinagar. It is a better option to explore.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location is very convenient to go out for sightseeing. Hotel is located in a very safe commercial area with a lot of convenience stores in the vicinity. Very clean and spacious room and toilet. Room amenities contain small fridge, electric tea kettle, high speed Wi-Fi. Service is excellent. They welcomed us with Kahwa tea. Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. We liked their dinner buffet very much. They offer 3 course dinner with variety of Kashmiri vegetarian and chicken dishes. We hired a car from them for our sightseeing. They offered us one of the best drivers, which made our trip very smooth and memorable. We built good relation with the hotel owner Rayees and our driver Anwar. Their hospitability was beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Srinagar.

I have still not completed my stay here but the very first day itself i felt that this is the property at srinagar one can trust blindly.. hotel is centrally heated.. this is the best part.. so one feels comfortable here.. hospitality of the people whether at reception or dining are superb. Food is hygienic and awesome.. the rooms are clean .. bedsheets clean.. hotel property is good ..

The food , the hospitality , the ambience everything was worth it. The Hotel has a very well groomed Staff be it the Restaurant ones or the Room service. Worth staying made our trip one of the most memorable ones.so it's recommended for everyone.
