I don't like my stay much, food served wasn't fresh, room bedsheets were dirty and geyser wasn't working. Overall i didn't like my stay and checked out in an hour

Excellent spacious hotel,central location, helpful staff especially GM Mr Jahangir. Definitely a good choice when staying in Srinagar. Food has some very decent vegetarian options. Breakfast is ok but ends a bit early. Very centrally located and is near to main hub of Jahangir Chowk

Worst experience. The staff is unprofessional. All of us had food poisoning after having dinner at Aksa. The bathrooms were not properly clean. Tv was not working, The exhaust fan was not working. After following with the staff very strongly a little was done that was not satisfactory .

It was a shock when we reached there as the ambience is very bad, this hotel is in the Mall, all the rooms there have no ventilation at all, we they show you the room they will spray the room freshner first. There are only 4 lights which is very dim on the head board of the bed. Rooms are big but very dull smelly. AC they only on during the night time n morning they switch off God knows why they do this, n then one feels so soffocating that we kept our room door open. Bathroom was dirty where there was drainage problem. Manager rude. They serve left over food the next day evening. When they know we are going to checkout they kept asking when are you leaving by knocking the door. Also they don't feel shame in asking tip which we faced throughout our Kashmir journey. We need to carry enough cash as they just keep asking tip. I won't recommend this hotel which is situated near Lal chowk inside the Mall.
