Hotel is located at a beautiful location. They are having delicious Buffett. Markets are also nearby so Swiggy is a good choice to snag on. Staff was also cooperative and helpful. Condition of linen, towels, and extra beddings is also excellent. Book before you travel as there might be a chance of room unavailability

So we stayed at Mirage recently and had a wonderful experience. The owner Zulfi is an absolutely amazing person with a large heart. He was proactive in organizing our transport.. i.e. our pickup from Jammu to Srinagar and then took care of our other cab needs. His Innova Crysta was very comfortable. But beyond the room and the cab I will always remember Zulfi for the person he is and my wonderful interactions with him. Thank you brother for contributing to a wonderful experience on our Kashmir trip.

Excellent experience at hotel mirage, feel like a 2nd home, all the staff especially Zulfi ji was the best. Rooms are net and clean , food was awesome. Very cooperative staff. Hospitality was superb. For Srinar trip it was a best option to stay at

Very nice stay, good well appointed rooms. It's in a quiet place with garden views. The staff are very polite and respectful. My senior parents were travelling and did not have any problems. Bonfire was lit and the whole place is good for a comfortable experience. Recommended for interconnected family suite. The set up is quite good overall. Heating really works well in rooms.

I booked this hotel for two nights but I spent 1 night with lots of problems. -dirty room and bathroom -lack of maintenance, -bad smell in the room, -very rude *** at the check in desk, -wi-fi is available but no connectivity, -TV with tata sky but service unavailable, I checked in this hotel with my wife around 5 pm after travelling from Pahalgam and local sight seeing.The first thing,the front desk clerk ask me----Payment. second the room was given in the ground floor and I ask for the room in 1st or 2nd floor but in all the floors some construction was going on except ground floor and funny thing was we were only occupant in hotel building.No heating arrangments, no dustbins in the room. Not recommended to any one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mirage, situated in a serene part of Srinagar. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, making our accommodation very comfortable. The food was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Mr. Nazeer provided excellent room service, ensuring our needs were met promptly. A special mention goes to Mr. Zulfi, who went above and beyond to ensure our tour was unforgettable. His dedication truly made our experience memorable.

Excellent value for money stay at Hotel Mirage. Booked hotel through Mr Zulfi and he also arranged traveller for the entire Kashmir trip. He also helped book hotels at other locations. Very resourceful and helpful person! Mirage’s family suite is very spacious with 2 bedrooms- good for bigger families. The staff was very responsive. Food was okay. Would definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money. Ajay
