I enjoyed my overall stay. The check-in was very convenient (automated), the room/hotel was clean and modern with good facilities, and the location was nice with good connectivity. However, the room cleaning could've been better, as our towels weren't replaced and bed wasn't sufficiently cleaned. Also, there was never a receptionist, so this hotel is good as long as you're self-reliant and don't need room service.

We liked the accommodation, it was welcoming and very clean… maybe a little noisy during the day, due to the work that was being done outside the building: the walls are not soundproofed, so you can also hear the voices and noises of the adjacent rooms. The shower water was not hot enough and this was a problem, because in the month of April the outside temperature, especially in the morning and evening, is still quite low. We reported the problem to the host but we did not receive any feedback. The possibility of having free access to the still water dispenser was an added value for us, however, as we do not drink coffee (free and unlimited), we would have liked some herbal tea bags as an alternative: a small request that unfortunately was not fulfilled.
