Staying for one night, the checkin was bumpy from a process perspective. Person was rather rude and uninviting and unhelpful. Eating dinner and chewing while talking while checking us in, gesturing vaguely as to where we can get luggage carts, mumbling about the included dinner options, the room number was almost illegible (so we couldn’t find the room). No assistance in us finding a spot in the (including and pre-reserved) parking area or the broken elevator. When addressed politely we were given a rumble of rude response I would not expect from anyone. The Wiesenhof room is nice enough, though price asked for it is high (even in pre-season). The view is good (east) and bathrooms are good enough. For a night is ok - would pick a different local venue for longer. Rooms:Nice enough, the split mattress is meh, and room is long and narrow. View to east is pretty, has a tiny balcony. Clean and decent.

L'appartamento era molto bello, pulito e funzionale per 5 persone (2 bagni). Cibo di qualità e abbondante. Centro benessere ben organizzato e abbiamo partecipato a aufguss coinvolgenti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno accompagnato in una località con impianti sciistici e passeggiate sulla neve gratuitamente. Tornerò sicuramente 🤩

Come sentirsi a casa!! Una cucina ottima e attenta ai dettagli che accontenta tutti i gusti , una spa da sogno , personale gentile e professionale, pulizia in ogni angolo . Questa è stata la nostra 5 esperienza. Ritorniamo sempre molto volentieri

Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich,hilfsbereit,egal ob das die Rezeption,beim Essen,im Wellnessbereich oder sonstwo im Hotel ist.Das Frühstück ist herrvoragend.Das Essen am Abend ebenso. Eine absolute Empfehlung.Über Silvester ein herausragendes Büffet.

Sono stato qui dal 28 dicembre 2024 al 1 gennaio 2024 e questi sono stati i “piatti forti” dell’hotel: cucina buonissima che sembra di essere in un ristorante di cannavacciuolo con cose diverse ogni giorno, la spa bellissima e gigantesca con tutti i servizi possibili, inoltre bellissima la piscina idromassagio all’esterno. Posizione ottimale che ti permette di arrivare in pochi minuti di macchina a bellissimi impianti sciistici e posti da visitare a piedi. L’hotel organizza camminate e ciaspolate ogni giorno adatte a tutti (gratis) in mezzo alle montagne facendovi arrivare a dei rifugi. Se la camminata non parte dall’hotel vi portano al punto di partenza con dei van. Bellissime le attività di capodanno. Per dire tutto dovrei fare una lista infinita, comunque 5 stelle tutte meritate

Hotel splendido, camera spaziosa e pulita e bellissima spa per adulti. Punto a favore sicuramente il cibo: ben presentato, vario e di qualità. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Plan dove poter sciare o fare passeggiate. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Wo soll man anfangen? Alles ist top in diesem Hotel, der Service, das Essen, das gesamte Personal, die wunderschönen Zimmer, der Standort mit der tollen Aussicht, es wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt…. Es ist einfach alles wunderbar, es ist seit einigen Jahren unser Urlaubs zu Hause und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Sommer.

Siamo ritornati dopo circa un anno e come le altre volte è stato tutto al top dalla pulizia al ristorante sempre con nuove proposte molto azzeccate e dal centro benessere molto bello e con diverse gettate nella sauna eventi molto apprezzate di sicuro ritorneremo a trovarvi purtroppo sempre un solo weekend
