We arrived having been caught in the rain and were still welcomed into reception even though we were dripping wet. Were given fresh towels to dry off and shown around after booking in. We stayed in the budget backpackers tents but they are very comfortable with 2 fans inside. The communal bathrooms were spotless and everything worked properly. The communal kitchen and swimming pool area was a real treat and we ended up spending the majority of our time here. They really did think of everything and you get much much more than you pay for. We will definitely be back.

We were very impressed by this Location ❤️ You step into the luxery tent area and feel Like you're stepping into another world. The common areas were well kept and the staff was friendly and very attentive. We stayed in tents 6, 7 and 8. It was Clean and the Attention to Detail was lovely. Already looking forward to staying Here again.

Yvan and all the staff were so amazing and friendly, very high standard of service. Although it was raining but made the experience more exciting, the accommodation was very clean and is a amazing alternative to camping with a very comfortable bed

What an incredible place to be. A true peace of heaven on earth. Great staff, amazing manager and only good vibes. Will stay here again. They can book the tours for you and they even let me park my car behind a fence when I already checked out. Thank you Yvonne!

Absolute best experience. From the first email to the amazing Mazisi very clear communication regarding rules etc. Bookings to Hluhluwe game drive and die Croc and Hippo experience an absolute must do. . Urban glamping fascilities exceeded my expectations. Friendly and hardworking staff. Will definately be back. Breakfast at Baracca was excellent Best chillisauce I had in a long time.

Great glamping tent. The weather was bad during our stay (lots of wind and rain) but we didn't notice much of this due to the well constructed roof over our tents. The people are super friendly and the place is super clean. Large and well equipped kitchen for cooking on your own. Laundry is next door and everthing you need is in walking distance of the place.

Urban Glamping had very comfy beds in the upper-level tents, a spacious kitchen, kind and helpful staff and clean toilets and showers. It was actually greatly appreciated that the bathroom was separated in little cabins each including both.

Hi this is Linda Rabie and Craig Zietsman. Stayed for 10 nights Dec 2024. Had a wonderful time. Saw every animal on our list. Comfortable room and polite, organised staff.
