This year we booked 14 days as we did very often in former years. The quality now was very poor. Substantial promises of the quotation were not fulfilled. No guided tours, no fell-well breakfast, no gourmet dinner as it was offered. Rooms need renovation. In the evening no people at the bar - the atmosphere is dead. We met another couple later in the village - their comment was:" that hotel, never again ...". After 2 days we canceled our contract and found at St. Walburga a very very good hotel with comfortable rooms, delicious local food (gourmet style), friedly people - an excellent recommendation. For the next years in South-Tirol we keep a big distance to Hotel St. Pankraz.

In tipoco stile tirolese non si presenta apparentemente nemmeno malvagiamente. Certo che i tempi, rispetto agli anni '60-'70 sono cambiati e un rinnovamento e svecchiamento andrebbe portato. Si vantano di volere clientela internazionale ma conoscono solo il dialetto tedesco dell'Alto Adige e stentano fortemente con italiano. Il mangiare, c'è di peggio ma sicuramente non in linea con le aspettative sia territoriali si di quello che ci si aspetta vedendolo da fuori.

Prezzo qualità buono padrone freddo e sempre presente il bere caro tipo bottiglia di vino lambrusco e 3 bottiglie acqua 42 euro mangiare abbondante ma molto spezziato ma curato molto bene colazione e abbondante buona la merenda scarsa ma sempre presente nel complesso bella struttura rapportata al prezzo
