The hotel is so well located. It’s a five minute walk to the cogwheel train that take you up to the mountains for spectacular views. Our hotel room also had a lake view. Each table received a breakfast tower, which was ample and beautifully plated. It’s one of the most gorgeous breakfasts I’ve ever had.

If you're going on the country to escape the city's heat - and then the roof room is much warmer than the city apartment - then there's something! Even the small ventilator is only noisy and brings nothing. It is so hot that you can only sleep with open balcony door, but the hangs are too thin and not light-density, the sun is shining in the morning and it is dawn. Sleep is no longer possible from around 7 a.m. The kitchenette is located right next to the balcony, making it sound and smells strong to eat. Otherwise the room is very nicely renovated. The bathroom is also halfway OK, only in the shower the shower head does not hold on the bar and to open the window you need to climb into the bathtub. The location is not just the best, the center is about 1km away, the lake is not seen either. The bathing beach is about 500 m walking. There are too few bedrooms, sunscreens and no toilet or shower. There is a completely hygienic manco for so many people! Even in the neighbouring cafe you cannot go, even if you want to drink something you're noticed: only for home guests or you pay entry 6. - Unfortunately the area is totally destroyed by mass tourism! Parking outside the hotel is not enough. However, the food is very good, the staff very friendly and helpful. We lived here 2 weeks and feel very well. Little but beautiful and convenient 1-Zimmer-Appartement in the 1. OG with balcony and perfect sea view in a nice old villa, parking in the courtyard. The staircase is quite unusual, not appropriate and so doesn't suit the claim of the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom very small, but all there you need, including bed linen, towels and toilet paper. All right except on the floor, which could have been cleaner at our arrival (it was probably just sucked), under the bed was next to a lot of dust even waste from the predecessors! House is located on the congestive road towards the Schafbergbahn, always what happens and much to see who has a light sleep should take Ohropax. For this absolutely central and directly to the lake. The house is very quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Small bathroom, bar and water sports rental as well as boat shuttle to the hotel directly opposite. Small spa area, not as large as in a clean wellness hotel but completely enough to rest on rain days or after walking. Beautiful sauna with sea view and a beautiful steam bath with a nice rest room. The advice on the correct use of the sauna would be useful because of the many international guests (previously shower, sitting on the towel, without shoes, etc.). Tea and apples are included, also treadboats at the lake. Beautiful sun terrace directly on the lake with beds inside and outside. We have always got a good place. All despite the many visitors clean and ordenly, partly somewhat used in the swimming pool area. We were just swimming in the lake and we could see that almost all bathroom guests went undouched in the hot outdoor pool and the whirlpool - showers are not easy to find below and there are no indications for use (which would be beneficial because of the large international guests - not few wear underwear under the bathroom ...). We have enjoyed buying the small packaging for the location and other benefits.

Wir haben Anfang August als Familie eine wundervolle Zeit in den Wolf und Schaf Apartments verbracht. Mit uns reisten unsere beiden Söhne, 12 und 14 Jahre alt, und wir alle waren begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das positive Gefühl setzte sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts fort. Das Apartment selbst war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, die Betten gemütlich und der Wohnbereich großzügig. Besonders gut hat uns der Ausblick von unserem Balkon gefallen, der eine malerische Aussicht auf die umliegende Natur bot. Die Lage der Apartments ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus. Wir waren von der Schönheit der Umgebung überwältigt – perfekt für lange Spaziergänge, Radtouren oder einfach nur zum Entspannen. Unsere Jungs hatten jede Menge Spaß dabei, die Umgebung zu erkunden, und es gab viele Möglichkeiten, aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen, gleichzeitig waren alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastfreundschaft und den Service, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und konnten uns hervorragend erholen. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal in den Wolf und Schaf Apartments waren. The White Horse Hotel on Lake Wolfgang is well-deserved and the hotel is almost an attraction. It is located in the heart of the town, next to the town’s church, the hotel’s swimming pool and Wolfgang Lake are close to each other and can be conveniently located at the lake. Swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is not particularly rich, but the variety and taste are also quite satisfactory, but the dinner at the lake view restaurant is definitely worth a try, the taste is amazing, not the ordinary Michelin knife and fork. The only downside of the hotel is that the hot water temperature is not stable and it is easy to get cold and hot. After living, there is a question, how can this be just a four-star hotel?

It was a great room in the middle of the mountain. It was the most satisfying hotel for our trip. When we entered the room, everyone was stunned. The room was wide and the view of the lake was so beautiful. There was a lot of food, beer and drinks in the refrigerator. The supermarket in town bought some more, and Meimei burned dinner and breakfast the next day

The Landhaus zu Appesbach truly is a hidden jewel in Austria‘s Salzkammergut. The Duke of Windsor once stayed here for 5 weeks and found his ,,splendid isolation“. During our stay we stayed in the Windsor Suite offering ample of space with a combined living and sleeping room, a cabinet, a Roman bath & balcony as well as a terrace. All rooms and suites are individually designed with attention to detail. The country house’s restaurant offered an eccellent breakfast & dinner. The ladies and gentlemen in all departments did a good job in providing a personalized service. Overall an excellent experience. Just a few minutes drive from the town, the home is located on the lakeside, the scenery is pleasant and quiet, it is recommended to choose a room on the upper floor when staying, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant can be dinner price is very friendly, there are ski resorts suitable for two nights .

My experience at the Jacob hotel was nothing short of perfect. The staff was friendly, and professional, the owner who was very welcoming and helpful in showing the best bike routes. The room is modern and with more than enough space (very cute the bike helmet holder on the wall). Breakfast served from 7 am includes a rich buffet with different types of milk and local produce. Dined at the hotel restaurant twice, including one in the lovely hotel garden, and were very satisfied with the menu and drinks. Bike service is on another level, with a mechanic available to support your setup needs. The rate includes free access to a 25m heated pool with a weekly lesson. Complimentary electric car charging. The beach on the lake is convenient and the scenery is unique. We will be back, definitely
