A truly wonderful week. Great location and facilities. The communal areas are clean and spacious with quirky artwork. The buffet has an excellent variety of food and drink and if you want a la carte, this is also on offer. The team of staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They have clearly been trained well in customer service. I had a lovely surprise birthday cake presented to me, how thoughtful. Its peaceful and quiet; there is lots of space as there is a pool and the beach is long and also has a quiet/ adults only zone where you can always find free loungers after you've picked up your beach towels. There are toilets and private changing cubicals on the beach. Free demo's on olive oil and greek cooking as well as wine, coffee and cocktails for a small fee which are a great way to educate yourself in Greek culture. Thank you to Chef Simon, Chef Alexandros, Georgio and Constantina in the restaurant, Eagles Club Bar Manager, General Manager Nikolas and everyone else at Eagles Resort for such a magical birthday holiday. week. We have just come to the end of our week’s stay at the eagles palace resort. It has truly been an exceptional holiday. There is nothing negative we can say about the place. The grounds are stunning and clean; service in the bars and restaurant are excellent; room cleaning service and reception staff are so attentive and you really feel that personalised touch by everyone. They can’t do enough for you. We holiday a lot: this year alone we have been on a cruise, to Dubai and been twice to Mallorca and like high standards… we were amazed at the level of detail, service and beautiful surroundings…. The sunsets are stunning! We are a family of four (x2 ages in 30’s and x2 ages in 60’s) plus a toddler and it met all our needs: Lovely kids playground, beautiful clear, warm seas and well maintained pools. They have a wonderful creche and, again, the staff there are just fantastic. We used the hotel’s boat and did a little excursion to a private beach on a small island where we had drinks and lunch, accompanied by mountain goats!! A very special visit. We were on a half board basis so we only had access to the main buffet, Malkaton. The food at the buffet was slightly repetitive, but always a good standard, so we didn’t mind. Unlike other hotels on half board, you didn’t get any discount off eating in the a-la-carte restaurants. Next time, we would look to do all inclusive so we could access more of the other restaurants the hotel had to offer. It’s a luxury resort and you can’t help but feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the doors. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay fabulous! We look forward to returning!

The most fantastic stay at Eagles Palace. What a beautiful hotel & resort. We arrived with our family 2 adults & 2 kids (6,10) there is a sandy beautiful beavh. The suite with the pool was amazing very spacious. Restaurants and food was 5 star. We look forward to returning next year!!! Thank You for the best memories

We stayed in May this year at Eagles Resort. The interior design of the hotel is absolutely stunning, really one of the most beautiful I ever visited (and I already saw quite a lot ;-)) and the private beach is lovely. There are several high-quality restaurants on-site, though not all were open since we visited in the low season. We booked directly with the hotel, but something went wrong with our Bon Vivant package—it wasn't registered in the system, leading to a discussion at check-in and a wait until the next day to find out if we could benefit from the package, which left us with an icky feeling about potentially having to pay extra for drinks and meals. This wasn't the best start of our holiday and except for an apology, the hotel didn't do anything extra about it. Despite this, I must say the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dimitra from the shop and Lena and Anastasia from the Vinum restaurant were so incredibly kind. Our driver from the airport also made our trip memorable with his stories about local culture and an impromptu tour of Aristotle Park. However, the hotel's remote location was a bit of a downside. We found ourselves bound to the hotel for meals and drinks unless we took a taxi or rented a car (which I would recommend if you don’t want to be stick to the hotel location). Ouranoupoli is a nice village to visit with cute bars and shops. We had a great experience at Antonakis Jewellery shop – the owner, Stelios, was so sweet. A drawback of the hotel was the cost. Drinks are quite expensive, with a glass of wine costing 11 euros and a Cosmopolitan 15 euros at the beach bar, served in plastic cups, but straight at your - very comfortable - beach lounge beds because of the convenient bells on the umbrellas. We found the Bon Vivant package to be a much better deal for dining at the hotel's various restaurants and enjoying these – very nice - drinks. Watching the sunset from the Kamares terrace and dining at Amyra while watching the sea were absolute highlights. Worth mentioning with those experiences is that during our stay, there seemed to be bigger groups of tour agents or influencers visiting the hotel, and although we don’t mind, it felt like in some restaurant, a lot of the staff's attention was focused on them. However, we were disappointed with the spa and gym. The hammams and Power Plate machine weren't working when we were there, the jacuzzi was in my opinion on the colder side, there were a lot of leaves floating in the pool water and the overall space felt small and lacked the elegant touch of the rest of the resort. For activities, we discovered it's much cheaper to book outside the hotel. We wanted to rent a boat and found the hotel is exaggerating in prices for it, with the next-door Water Sports Centre of Nea Roda offering boats with or without driver for a much more reasonable price. A tip we got from a friend was to visit Drenia Island, which should be the beautiful private beach of the hotel only re

This was a fantastic relaxing experience for the entire family . The location of the resort is lovely and the views amazing with turquoise green sea. It’s fairly remote area but Orinoupolis is 10 mins drive away with some lovely reasonable restaurants . The hotel is 5 star but not UK 5 star , however the staff are 5-6 star and lovely . The only thing which could be improved was the buffet meals which are varied but the quality a bit bland. There are few real meat and fish dishes and those which are there are stews and fatty gyros. My step daughter and her husband are vegetarian there was very little for them . The other individual restaurants were a substantial increase in cost if we had used them although the Italian was very good . Ice cream -€6 for a cornetto or €4 per scoop ! No bottle of wine less than €48 There were quite a few families with young kids and they had similar experience with the food - one actually downgraded as they were not allowed to take their young children in the restaurant . It’s better value to eat out in Ouranoupolis . The chefs can be inflexible such as asking them to change meat for feta cheese on a salad - they refused twice - having said that the management and head chef apologised and resolved it quickly . Lovely lovely people . We will be back and highly recommended .

We recently stayed here for 10 days with our 2 year, and everything about our trip was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to meet every need. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The service was exceptional—truly WOW! A special shout-out to Viah, the childcare manager, who was amazing with our little one. The childcare was top-notch, with engaging activities and exceptional care. We felt completely at ease knowing our child was in such capable hands. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food options were fantastic. There was something for everyone, and the quality and variety of dishes were impressive. A huge thank you to Yanis, the bar manager, for making our stay special with his great service and friendly attitude. The cleanliness of the entire resort was also impeccable, our room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the turn down service, makes all the difference. We couldn't have asked for more. Overall, an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it to families looking for a perfect getaway!
