Katrin suites sounds nice in the adverts and no doubt has some refurbished rooms but I can only imagine our room hasn't been touched since it was built. The room was awful. So very uncomfortable and run down. Probably 2 star at best. We had a shared balcony between 3 rooms which was probably not too bad as they had Bali beds and seating and a bit of room which was also out of the way unlike some balconies we walked past to leave the hotel which were on a thoroughfare and so small with a 10 foot high wall for a view. Breakfast was pretty poor. Pool area tired and in need of refurb. Staff were friendly enough.

Excellent hotel and service from all staff. We had our honeymoon here and we were treated exceptionally well. From artivss as l until leaving . Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Location is great , beaches close by and great family restaurants if you wish to venture out.

Just got back from our week away at katrin suites and only have positive things to say about this hotel. We booked the executive room with private terrace and pool. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed our own private space and pool and had a fantastic view. Upon arrival we was welcomed with some snacks amd champagne. Upon entering our room we were given a platter of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. It was also our anniversary whilst there and they made it special for us. They used fresh towels to make swans with a big heart on the bed, we were given an anniversary cake at the restaurant and the staff had a toast with us to celebrate. All thr staff were so friendly, especially the restaurant staff who we enjoyed having a good chat and laugh with. The hotel is very clean throughout. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed a minimum of once a day. Location is good. Only a short 5minute walk to the main shops/restaurants We would definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend to everyone

A last minute booking as our holiday to Cyprus was cancelled it's small boutique hotel with lovely rooms and we were really pleased with our room for 3 large bright and airy 2 large beds and a sofa bed in the lounge! The staff are amazing a special shout out to Petros and Irini at evening meals (telephone) was their catchphrase a drink of reki they made us feel so welcome( lovely ladies ) chef Johnny Maria Julie Manos Harris Enri all work so hard katrini who bought us chocolate every night always a smile we also met lovely people Jill Garth Jane Simon and Alan Carolyn ..also lots of others a lovely vibe in the hotel . The fridge was filled everyday by Manos nothing was too much trouble . Only downside no processo or Cava on all inclusive but plenty of choice on other drinks ! Also very large portions amazing food and the ice-cream yummy . Thank you for all the staff for making our holiday memorable

Very last minute booking with Jet2 as our adults only holiday to Cyprus was cancelled night before by TUI We had such a lovely time we soon got over the upset of the cancellation and met some lovely people We had 2 rooms a junior suite 205 for 2 and executive suite 310 for 3 both overlooking the pool and across to the sea Both rooms were great kept spotless Complimentary drinks and small waters in fridge and 2 bottles of wine and large water on arrival The tap water is safe to drink in Stalis Despite our late arrival 3am we were given champagne and canapés whilst checking in and fruit platter and sandwiches in our room All the staff we met were fabulous Food and drink excellent It is a smaller hotel than we usually go to but we were more than happy with our choice and would 100% recommend Special shout out to Petros and Irini looked after us at dinner and many thanks for my birthday cake and Prosecco Manos and Haris lunch time and breakfast and Johnny the chef Enri Julie and Maria at the pool bar All staff 5 star A nice touch was the complimentary 20 minute massage in the onsite Spa and the manager inviting you to a meeting to check all ok Only niggle we had was no Cava or Prosecco on all inclusive but plenty other drinks available Final nice gesture was a gift of Cretan soaps as we checked out Hope to see you all again soon

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with beautiful room, fantastic food and very friendly staff. From the welcome drinks and food on arrival, the fruit platter in the room and the thank you gift on departure - we could not have asked for more. Our room (308) has its own private pool. Highly recommend this or the other private suite with pool (403). We will be back for sure.

This is an outstanding hotel with staff who take a personal interest in their guests. Their food is beautifully cooked with lots of variety so there is something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and ours was spotless with comfortable beds, something one doesn't often get in Greece! I sprained my ankle badly while I was there and they had a doctor in attendance within 15 minutes as well as seeing that I saw a specialist to ensure I hadn't broken anything. Members of staff, Manos, Haris, Maria, Rania and others whose names we don't remember became like family to us. We appreciated all their suggestions on places to visit and how to get the best out of our holiday.

What talk we've had a wonderful holiday here. The staff all very helpful and kind and very friendly and can't do enough to help you have a wonderful holiday when we get back.
