Katrin suites sounds nice in the adverts and no doubt has some refurbished rooms but I can only imagine our room hasn't been touched since it was built. The room was awful. So very uncomfortable and run down. Probably 2 star at best. We had a shared balcony between 3 rooms which was probably not too bad as they had Bali beds and seating and a bit of room which was also out of the way unlike some balconies we walked past to leave the hotel which were on a thoroughfare and so small with a 10 foot high wall for a view. Breakfast was pretty poor. Pool area tired and in need of refurb. Staff were friendly enough.

The apartment was very nice clean with a lovely shower the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble food was very good although we only went bed and breakfast.located just a short walk to the shops bars and restaurants ideal for dining and picking up gifts also bus stops right outside ideal really nice holiday and hotel well worth a visit.

Wonderful reception when we arrived late at night, personel on reception the best I've encountered especially Maria. Lovely suite, comfortable, clean. Delightful & helpful staff in every part of the hotel. Great location, bus stop just outside door.

We've had a brilliant holiday! All the staff have been cheerful, helpful and friendly. Big shout out for Maria on reception, always helpful and full of fun. Great location, easy walk to the Beach and restaurants and bars - plenty of choice. Looking forward to a repeat visit!

I was the first customer of 2025 and had the hotel to myself. Although the weather was against me all the staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. Even when a few of them where finding there own feet on there first few days working at the hotel. From cleaners all the way to management, you could tell they all worked well together making any stay comfortable. Rooms were clean and bed was lovely. Very little outside noise to disturb your sleep. located perfectly to easily and relatively cheaply €15 get a taxi to the next town for night life. The food is of top quality cooked to perfection and beer lovely The only thing I would change was the confusion at meal times being the only person there but now they up and running everything fell perfectly into place.

Very nice hotel in a good location to walk into Stalis. Food and drinks prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. The room was nicely furnished and roomy. The pool was area is nice and quiet. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast choice was very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves fabulous wine and food was plentiful short walk into stallis everyday great pubs and trinket shops staff couldn’t do enough for us not going to name any staff but 10/10 for them all they made my sisters holiday and place was lovely and clean thank you WE ARE RETURNING

The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in, maid service is very good, all the restaurant and bar staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The hotel and pool area is kept clean, snacks in the afternoon were very tasty and plentiful All in all we had a lovely stay.
