Katrin suites sounds nice in the adverts and no doubt has some refurbished rooms but I can only imagine our room hasn't been touched since it was built. The room was awful. So very uncomfortable and run down. Probably 2 star at best. We had a shared balcony between 3 rooms which was probably not too bad as they had Bali beds and seating and a bit of room which was also out of the way unlike some balconies we walked past to leave the hotel which were on a thoroughfare and so small with a 10 foot high wall for a view. Breakfast was pretty poor. Pool area tired and in need of refurb. Staff were friendly enough.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely come back. We stayed in the executive suite which had its own dipping pool which was definitely worth the extra costs

The staff here are absolutely brilliant all the way from reception to the housekeeping restaurant..bar and kostas the manager who is only a young man and is always available..Maria in reception has a very bubbly infectious personality..irina in the restaurant and camila on breakfast make you feel at home..zinon the pool bar manager enjoys his job and does it perfectly..all the other staff who’s names I can’t recall really make your stay a pleasant one

We decided to look for accommodation based on TripAdvisor ratings rather than star ratings and Katrin suites stood out. It definitely delivered! We arrived around midnight and were welcomed by a lovely chap on reception including damp flannels for our hands and a cool drink. Our room was 109 and is in a great position for the lift and has a shared terrace with sunbeds just behind the bar. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We stayed B&B and the selection was great. Hot options brought to your table, omelette, fried egg and pancakes. Other items are buffet. This is a very small hotel so no annoying queueing at the buffet. The pool is quite small but reflects the size of the hotel. The jacuzzi part is lovely. The bar serves a great variety of drinks and the "snacks" are huge. I also enjoyed a fabulous massage. The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to be just away from the busy village. Stalis is lovely with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. We can't speak highly enough of the staff. They are exceptional, so friendly and helpful. We were invited to a feedback meeting with Kostas the manager who genuinely wanted to listen. Overall, an absolutely brilliant week away, very relaxing and with other lovely guests. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you to all 😘

Nice welcome on arrival with a drink and some food. Room was large with massive bathroom(executive suite) and balcony. Breakfast not great poor selection and not replenished if arriving at 09.30 -10.00 quite often no much left with empty trays.One day a lady had a bread roll if serving till 11.00 food needs to be available not to be told arrive earlier . Pool area to many sunbeds to close together can rest your arm on next bed . Lots of steps and ramps to climb to rooms and vast difference in room quality and size. Very busy road junction outside to cross to resort centre. Not 4* but lovely staff.

So friendly and clean. Quiet but cosy. All staff including maids and reception staff and the pool bar staff are so lovely. I just wanted to take them all home ❤️

Lovely Hotel. All staff are brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and our room was perfect. Food excellent 👌 😋. Thank you very much to everyone this is a unique Hotel. Manager also very 👍 good.
