Very comfortable hotel spotless Ideal for a good nights sleep pre flight. Good bar . Great included breakfast. Will stay there pre flight again.

This hotel is absolutely dirty and the housekeeping is doing nth. We have changed our room third time. In the 1st room, the period (red) was on the bed. In the 2nd room, the yellow liquid stuff was found too.
The last room is found with uncleared cup with coffee.
I will never stay and do not recommend people to stay.

Very spacious and clean room. The staff at the concierge welcomed us with a smile, very demure very mindful.
The hotel also provides necessary stuffs like toothpaste, comb and razor when you ask, plus filtered water in bottle.
Shuttle bus to the airport comes right in front of the front door every 15 mins and take only 5 mins to the airport, be aware that it is filled with people.
P/S: Room has no window and get pretty hot at night.
10/10 for an airport hotel.

Great to stay if you get up early to stansted airport but if you stay in london longer i do not recommend to saty here. It is little far away from the centre. You can order taxi for 55£. During getting back to the hotel we nové a little bit away from the city centre to pay less for bolt. Use Public transport bus costs 5,7£ a say. Everyone needs His own card. I recommend Revolut. Hotel is fine but not luxury. Near to petrol Station if you need something for eating or drinking. Personal is ok. Great to get breakfest from 4. There is not Lot for choose. From 6-9/10 there are cooked beans, vegán sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs. 4-6 there is some yogurt some fruits bread… but i Missed some ham and cheese. I think it would be much better breakfest. The rooms are quite old but it is ok to stay 1-2 nights. The shade is there is not pathway from the AirPort but shuttle is great choise do 5,5€. You have to go downstairs from the AirPort to get to bus. It rides every half hour. I recommend to go 1,5 hour before pláne departure. The security check is sometimes longer but not so much.

If you travel by car expect a charge for the parking at the hotel car park regardless you booked to stay the night. Not a big deal, but a bit sneaky not telling you before hand.

The location of the hotel and the opportunity it provides for transport is very good, there is a little difficulty because there are limited places to shop and go around, but it is very good in terms of cleanliness, but I saw the rest of the meals as a little troubled, the friendly approach is not bad.
