The talkhouse was a really homely accommodation right outside of Oxford. The room was exactly like the pictures. The staff were incredibly helpful and I must say the showers is probably one of the best I’ve had in the uk. (Proper water pressure,temperature and drainage so I’m not swimming in my own filth). Also have a drink or dinner at the pub, it’s seems to be a popular favourite amongst the locals as well. One thing to note for light sleepers, the rooms are side by side so you might hear your neighbours & it is right by the road so you’ll be able to hear vehicles at busier times.

Lovely quaint Inn in a little hamlet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the modern shower room was an added bonus. We had a comfortable 4 day stay, the only negative comment was the limited daylight in the room due to the small windows. However our request for stronger light bulbs was quickly facilitated. It was reasonably priced and we would definitely stay again.
