"We loved this service apartment! It is nice and comfortable, the beds were good and we slept very well. "My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city.
The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey.
That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!"

"Stayed 4 nights in August. Location is convenient for exploring the Old Town and the surrounding cities, and thanks to the recently introduction of the guest travel ticket that provides free local transportation made day trips to old town much convenient and added great value to our stay. However, we were unable to store our luggage overnight after checkout, which was inconvenient and detracted from an otherwise smooth experience.
The experience for room cleaning was however far from satisfactory, recalling a few issues:
＞ Upon arrival we found several strands of hair on the pillowcase and bed cover, which gave an immediate impression of insufficient housekeeping;
＞ On one day, the trash bin in the room was still full from the previous day, while the bathroom showed no sign of cleaning done with the basin was visibly dirty and residue left uncleaned;
＞ Towels were collected by housekeeping but no fresh ones were left. We had to go to the reception desk to request replacements.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including breads, cold cuts, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and limited hot items. The selection was adequate and provided a solid start to our day."

"The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the reception is on the second floor without an elevator only stairs. Beside is McDonald's which is open until late. The bus 21 is just below the hotel is a plus that you can easily go to the city in 11-16min and free with the mobility pass the hotel gives, the bus runs almost every 25min. Overall the customer service is good."

"It doesn’t matter where you drive. The most feared is free parking. It is self check-in. "1. There are three free parking spaces, but there are dozens of rooms, which can be found. Or go to the paid parking lot one kilometer away, 16 euros a night.

"Fabulous hotel! Warm, clean ,and friendly ! The staff are extremely helpful explaining how to see the sights, find the buses and trains and the best places to eat . The hotel is so handy for everything.. all within easy walking distance

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room.
Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight!
All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

However, the hotel exceeded my expectations!
I was captivated by the beauty of the lakeside and the castle, which makes you feel like you are transported to time.
The gardens and food were also amazing!
We had breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the lake and the Salzburg mountains.
The meal was wonderful.
Next time I'd like to come with my family and spend some time relaxing and forgetting about time.

Location : - Abit far from city centre, but there is quit a good frequency of city centre buses.
Service :- Was greeted with kindness and was able to provide all information required to be accessible around the area.
So, to conclude
Pro :- Cosy and clean
Cons :- To provide shuttle to EuroPark if possible.

SSKMCarmenDidn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:-
1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code.
2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact???
3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god.
Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

The restaurant in the brewery/beer museum not far away is superb, the fried pork chops are delicious, and the fresh beer is super delicious. The environment is clean and spacious. The hotel also gave a free beer ticket. We ate for two days because it was really delicious 😋

The overall facilities felt a bit old, and although it was clean, it was far from luxurious. There was no special charm to the point that I thought it was worse than a motel.
The green door is the elevator.
One of the biggest advantages is that there is a really delicious hamburger restaurant near the hotel. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend stopping by at least once.
Also, it is close to the central station, so it is within walking distance. If you plan to use the train, it is convenient to move around, so I was quite satisfied with the location. However, considering the room condition, I thought I would spend a little more money and stay at a better accommodation next time. If you add about 50,000 won, you can stay at a better hotel nearby, so if you have the budget, it would be a good idea to consider other options.
