"For backpackers, I would rank in the top two. There are quite a lot of facilities. The maintenance is a little bit stretchy, but it is pretty good. The service attitude is not as good as the previous one, and the timeliness of maintenance is not as good as that of the backpacker.
The advantage is that it is a little more remote, not so crowded, and has more room, kitchen, and surrounding space.
At this price and location, I give it four stars."

"1. Location: Based on the actual understanding of residence, this hotel should be in an area where Indians live, because there are several Indian supermarkets around and there are quite a lot of Indians.
2. The room is very clean and it is quite nice to live in. It is exactly the same as the picture. I would like to give it a good review.
3. It may be early to get off work here. When I came, there was no one at the front desk at 9 o'clock. I called and came back to open the door for me five minutes later. The Indian guy is quite handsome😅

"They couldn't find my booking but eventually not sorted with management then this effected breakfast next day luckily trip.com provides receipt and shoes that I paid for breakfast included.
The bedroom walls needed to be cleaned il.one of the beds sheets is so stained and one had bird faeces luckily the other bed sheets seemed ok so we stayed in that
The bathroom was clean but the towels had marks on them so we ended up using the hair dryer to dry ourselves ."

"This is a lovely new hotel not far from the airport, brilliant for late arrivals and early departures. We enjoyed a nice dinner via room service and well stocked breakfast buffet, which is important because there seems to be no eateries around the area. The staff were great and facilities were clean and new. There is a very busy airport hotel bus and you need to buy your ticket in advance from the machine at the bus pick up zone. It's a challenge if lots are trying to get on, with luggage. We tried that one way but got an Uber back the next day, and it was cheaper, quicker and so much easier for 2 people."

"In a caravan park in the Remuera community in downtown Auckland, there is a power site for caravans. We booked a four-person cabin. Except for the strong musty smell in the house, everything else was good. The campsite is quiet, with complete public toilets, showers and kitchens. The management also enthusiastically gave us a late check-out service. Thank you very much! High cost performance."

"The hotel facilities are too old, but the rooms are big enough. The location of the hotel is very good, just at the seaside of Half Moon Bay, a few steps away from the door to see the pier full of private yachts. Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, and the walking distance is only 20-30 meters."

Bed was very comfortable, amenities were perfect. so clean and tidy and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy.
Our only negative was being right by front door when other guests came in at 3am, noisily chattering outside in the hall way and doors banging closed. (for other guests reading this please be mindful of this when you are coming in at night)
Other than that we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

EEliossI had a great one-night stay at Lylo. Comfortable and affordable private room with private bathroom, my room had a window. Check in and check out went smooth, there's a nice restaurant/bar in the hostel, and the location is good to walk around the downtown, quite close to the bus stop to the airport as well.

WWong Wai ManA fantastic experience of our 7-nights staying in Royal Residency! The apartment is conveniently located in a local suburb, closed to almost all big names supermarkets especially with a few Asian Grocery nearby. Commute to CBD or hot spots via driving is easy! The apartment is quite new and is properly housekeeped and managed. Tanishq was very responsive to all our requests, really appreciated! Just one last point… the oven should have been checked prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay again if we ever have a chance coming back to New Zealand!

GGuest UserMy friends and I were very impressed by the service at this motel. We had requested an early check-in due to the morning arrival of our friend's flight. The motel granted this request, and our room was ready upon our arrival just before noon. Much appreciated.
The room was clean and tidy. We were also appreciative that the kitchen part had a cook top for reheating our precooked meals we brought with us.
A very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Ffairuz mamaIt has the best location, near a bus stop, walking distance to skye tower, Britomart station, albert park, Auckland fish market, viaduct and a lot more. I ended up not using my train card. They have a very friendly staff at reception.
As for the housekeeping, was not happy because they just fixed my bedsheets, throw trash but did not vacuum the floor and clean the toilet room.

DDeevanyah FrostWe just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!

YYICHENHotel location is very good, convenient to go anywhere. But if you live in Room 12, congratulations! The hotel fume pipe is facing the window, completely afraid to open the window. It is full of smoke and smoke. It can be clearly seen without opening the window. Because it can't open the window, the room is very stuffy and can't sleep well at night. In summary, even if the location is good, I don't recommend this because of the smell of smoke in the house and no elevator.
