"My room wasn’t cleaned after my first night of a two night stay. I had a note on the bed requesting an additional blanket so I never got that and the trash wasn’t emptied. I also didn’t like that there were not ice machines, I had to go to the bar to request a bucket of ice. On the positive said the lady at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful."

"The location is good, just beside the Mingda Stadium, it is very convenient to go to the graduation ceremony. The room is quite satisfactory, the facilities are old, there is hot water and coffee in the corridor, and breakfast is OK. The door is a Chinese restaurant and hot pot restaurant, which does not hurt my Chinese stomach."

After a long day, unwind at our seasonal rooftop bar with stunning city views, and enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub. "The hotel is next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants around, so life is quite convenient. The room is clean and tidy. It was very clean when I checked in. The facilities in the house are quite complete, but cooking is definitely not possible. There is a large microwave, a household refrigerator, and a garbage disposal in the sink. I didn't see any drinking water. The thing worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. In addition to egg custard, bread, and salty sausages, there is basically nothing else. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China, but fortunately, you can eat enough if you are not picky."

"On the morning of May 8, 2025, when I checked out of the Hampton Inn in downtown Minneapolis, I encountered an extremely disrespectful front desk employee. I politely asked if I could store my luggage, but the employee not only rolled his eyes and showed disdain, but also directly refused and laughed at me when I left. But I later saw him helping other guests store their luggage. As an international business traveler, this was my seventh visit to the United States and my third visit to Minnesota, and it was also the first time I personally experienced such open hostility. After I formally complained, the hotel management responded to acknowledge the problem and record it in the employee file, and said that they would improve training and internal supervision. The hotel also promised to give me Hilton Honors points as compensation, but as of now, I have not received the points. Although the room fee cannot be refunded and I did not ask for a refund, I hope that this matter will be taken seriously to prevent other guests from being treated similarly. I have always trusted the Hilton brand and hope that this store can truly live up to their promise of ”inclusion and respect”."

"Early check-in was from 9am, which was great for early morning flights. It was in the heart of downtown, so it was great that you could walk to the NBA stadium. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited compared to a Japanese buffet. However, there was a grill to toast bread, and fruit too, which was great. The room was spacious and had two TVs, which was great. The only disappointment was that on the day we stayed there, there were a lot of children staying for sports-related activities, so we could hear their footsteps from the surrounding rooms, which was annoying at night."

"First off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back."

GGuest UserThe location is close to the light rail station. It is convenient to commute and transfer. It is also close to the school. It is very convenient to visit the campus. There is a 7 corner coffee nearby. The service staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The room was not cleaned the morning after the fourth night. The tip was not moved, maybe I forgot it, but fortunately, the room was kept very clean, the service staff were enthusiastic and kind, and overall I was quite satisfied👍

SSimon74Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach. No food except two types of frozen pizza. There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.

RRENYAIt was a watching trip for Wolves and Twins. Close to the target field, target center, very convenient for those who go to support! Also, I think it is a very suitable hotel for watching sports with about 20 minutes by bus to the Wild stadium and 10 minutes by light rail to the Vikings stadium! However, there are only domino pizza nearby restaurants that are vacant after 20:00. When you come, check out restaurants. By the way, the security near the domino pizza is not good, so be careful if you go late at night. As for the hotel, there was a feeling of cleanliness, no noise, and comfortable!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new, but the decoration style is still there. It includes free breakfast, which is a very delicious breakfast I have had here. The front desk also provided free snacks when checking in. The disadvantage is that the deposit has not been refunded after ten days. The only one I've encountered so far. The reason is unknown.
