"The predecessor should be Crystal Orange. The advantage is that the hotel facilities are well maintained. Xiao Pan at the front desk is responsive to requests. Eating and drinking in the bathtub is really a bonus. The laundry room is easy to use and the hotel lobby has a sense of design.
The disadvantages are that the hygiene details of the room were not done well (the desk is actually movable, and after moving it, I saw a lot of old garbage), and the breakfast has always been a flaw in the Huazhuhui series of hotels. After reading the reviews, I want to try it again. , but it really can’t be compared with Atour. There are fewer varieties and no points for taste. The most incomprehensible thing is that the supply ends at 10:30 and the tableware is not updated after 9 o’clock."

The room is a bit old, but the design is good, relatively spacious, the hardware facilities are relatively complete, in line with the four-star standard, the bedding is very good, the sheets, bedding are comfortable, the towels are also very good, the disadvantage is that the shower room leaks, and the refrigerator in the room is bad. The hotel's software service is good and the service staff is warm and polite.

"Weekend family trip, self-driving, there are charging stations, both fast and slow. The location is very good, not far from Wanda and the old street moat. Consider the city center. I booked two rooms. I arrived in the afternoon. I had just finished cleaning and there were some water stains. There was a layer of dust on the paper towel box next to the sink. Otherwise, it was okay.
Service: The staff at the front desk and parking lot were very enthusiastic. They provided water during check-in and checkout. They even poured water for us while we were sitting on the sofa waiting for the bus, which was a good comment. When I checked in, I wanted a quiet room with a window, no smoke, and I got both of the first two. Because the hotel is close to the road, I arranged a room on the side of the road, which is noisy. There are cars going by outside and people downstairs talking loudly. clear. I was a light sleeper and didn't sleep well, so I was very tired from traveling the next day.
We planned to have local morning tea for breakfast, but because the children had diarrhea, we gave up eating out and paid extra for hotel breakfast. Well, there were not many varieties, and the noodles and wontons were pretty good."

I always feel busy with my baby when I go out. When I check in, the baby is a bit noisy. I am really struggling to hold it alone. After seeing it, the young lady at the front desk took the initiative to come over to help hug the child for a while, and also gently teased the baby to laugh. The baby also liked the young lady very much. She kept lying on her and felt much easier in an instant. It was also very quick when handling the procedures, and the attitude was always warm and patient, making people feel warm. When I checked out, this young lady went to work again, and she took the initiative to help me hold the baby to facilitate me to check out and pack my luggage. The children who are usually very picky actually like her very much. I was surprised and thanked her for her caring.
The hotel environment is also very comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the living is very safe. I have lived in the past two days, because of such intimate service, the fatigue of traveling with the baby has been reduced a lot. Really recommend, next time I come to Dainan, I will choose here ～

Because we were trapped by the typhoon, we had temporary accommodation and the environmental sanitation was not a problem. Especially the food delivery was done by robots, which was particularly convenient. However, there was a KTV next to the room, and the noise went straight to the window. I called the front desk to inquire, thinking that the hotel had singing facilities. However, the KTV I informed them did not take the initiative to ask if I needed to change rooms. I was a bit disappointed!

In particular, Xiao You at the front desk has been helping me communicate the time of the chess and card room. Communication inside and outside the room, check-in experience, etc. The smile was also very sincere and infected me. The sincere service makes people happy. Next time I go back to live in Junting. The air conditioner in the lobby is always not cool enough, so I dare not stay. I hope it can be improved next time.

MM47658****The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The staff were warm, attentive, and meticulous in their service. The public areas were large and fully functional, with a gym, reading room, and even a laundry room, which was really nice. I even got some Suzhou cultural and creative stickers. When booking, I redeemed points for a breakfast, but we didn't end up eating it as we chose to go to Fengdeyuan for dim sum, so I can't comment on the hotel breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Fengcheng Lake Park. There's also a parking lot at the entrance and a bus stop nearby, making transportation very convenient.

As soon as we arrived at the store, the front desk reminded us to close the windows at night, because the nearby pig farm would cause a smell. In fact, after closing the window, there is really no special feeling in the house, but when you go out to eat in the morning, the taste is quite obvious. In addition, because there are not many guests, the hotel landscape area is neglected to be repaired, and the good supporting landscape is actually a dilapidated image.

Jjoseph grayI've stayed here 2x now. I love Qin Lake, so it's an easy walking distance from the lake. I would especially recommend going to the lake at night when it is lit up, and there are no crowds. My room was quite large with a sort of 1920's ambiance and a large bathtub. I'm sure I will stay here again as I don't live very far away--it's a nice staycation if you feel like you want an escape from your apartment but not to go very far.
