"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation"

"The hotel is new, but it is obvious that they do not take care of it very well: there are rusty trash cans in the bathroom - not critical, more for the owners' information. Otherwise, the hotel is great, the room is spacious. We took a room with a sea view - the view is good, if you do not look too much down (there is a small construction site there). Breakfasts are standard for Vietnam, but towards the end of the main courses there are no more. It is about 5 minutes to the sea. For the money - a great option!"

"Very cozy hotel. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the sea! The staff is very friendly - nice girls at the reception helped to solve all the issues, they have good English! The room is very cozy, it has everything you need. The view of the mountains from the 18th floor is simply magnificent."

"It's located in downtown Nha Trang, so you can get around the best when traveling, and the hotel staff are so friendly! You can leave your luggage after checking out, and the hotel also has a scale, which is useful for checking the weight of your luggage. There are many restaurants, massage, and coffee shops nearby, so it seems to be the best location for traveling. For reference, I visited twice!"

"I am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first. 1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by. 2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient. 3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready. I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos. There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty…. And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?"

"After 2 nights of staying at the hotel I decided to extend it for another 6. Lovely hotel with a great location. And it doesn’t break your bank. Rooms are spacious and light. Internet connection was a bit unstable but it never bothered me. Staff members were friendly and polite. Great experience."

"Great location and amazing value for money! Pool is very relaxing at the end of the day. Breakfast was OK too. ROBES are a nice touch. There were lots of small ants in the room, but we are pretty unphased as long as it’s not a cockroach. ONE THING - we were told to book transport online (first time we encountered a hotel not providing this service) and after a number was called I was not convinced they even asked/called the right person. many Vietnamese website bus operators only allow VT banking, the only option was to pay an extra 200,000 to pay in person (RIDICULOUS). So the reception here couldn’t/wouldn’t help us. We went to the Ventana opposite and within 5 minutes they purchased through QR on our phone and we paid them cash - didn’t need to be this difficult."
