I went there on 24th Dec,2024 to spend a night with my wife and 3 kids. Location is great. Food is good. But the best part the people, Fuad Elisa Zakir Adam Selfless courtesy and not just the faces but good hearts as well. There was unprecedented snow and our worry was to reach urgently to City centre on 25th morning. The mentioned people took personal effort to ensure the taxi arrived on time, the breakfast boxes packed well. And yes a Non alcoholic place, though their fine Bosnian coffee makes up for that ;) Vishudh Keep it up ! Vish

This hotel is beautiful from outside And inside ! The staff is is OK. I will give it one star 🌟 because it's to expensive for what you're getting. This is 3 star food selling for 5 star price! Do not order Bosnian pita and do not order salad I learned it the hard way!

My recent visit was a complete disappointment due to shockingly poor service. Despite having seven staff members on the floor, none bothered to serve customers. To make matters worse, a manager told me I had to wait for a waiter just to order a coffee. It was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.

In the mid of a heatwave this object has no proper shadow on the two terraces, putting two big fans in the closed area making huge noice with no cooling effect is not a solution, just an improvisation - pretending that the owner is “taking care of the guests”, but it isn’t. The prices are a shame. It is a so called “abzoken” - robbery, for such a “high star service” and treatment. You must change this “Relax Tours”.

We waited for order drinks and food 20 minutes and waited for the waiter to bring the drinks another 30 minutes. Service to poor, because there are not enough waiters to serve all the guests. Saturday and nice weather, you can guess that there will be more guests.

What a wonderful hotel... I spent an unforgettable 4 nights in the nature , forest with snow , luxury hotel , delicious food . All the stuff is very kind and helpful, you feel that your are at your home. I recommend it and I will do this experience again .

Beautiful hotel, with best staff and food. Really a great experience of hospitality, fresh air and relaxation. It has a great spot near capital city only 15 min away. We will come again for sure. We cant wait
