The location is excellent, right in the old town . The waiter was very nice
I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight.
If not I only hope the elephant will be alright😭🥹

One of those places you'll be sad to leave. The room, like the hotel in general, was very nice and well-maintained. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The breakfast was simply spectacular. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

早餐太太太讚了，六個套餐裏自己選擇，精緻且豐盛。
吧枱小哥哥們好辛苦，要同時兼顧點餐的客人們和來住宿的客人。
建築外立面沒有酒店標識，我們是連着找了問了兩家才到的。
洗澡水花灑流量稍微有點小。沒有電視沒有空調。沒有給瓶裝水。

Avoid this hotel definitely you can find better options! They never take responsibility for anything. Wi-Fi doesn't work, they force you to use restaurant Wi-Fi in the room, and of course, the signal is not good. Unfortunately, it's cost me a very high mobile data fee! After all when trying to find a manager always they have excuses! Also, blame me for paying a "cheap price" I haven't paid anything "cheap" I paid what they put on the website also it's no excuse for the bedside light entrance light and bathroom main light doesn't work, wifi big problem, hair dryer only for cold air blowing, toilet water constantly running all night listening water sound etc etc etc…. Think one more time before book this hotel I'm sure around this hotel much better alternative at least less headaches.

This hotel is very nice and it is in the center of the city (walkable distance to all main attractions). The personnel is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is very good and abundant, with plenty of choice. Rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable and nice.

Excellent small hotel in perfect location. Lovely, clean, stylish comfortable rooms at a very fair price. Had three really good nights sleeps in very comfortable bed. Hop skip and jump from the Latin bridge: great breakfast and very attentive service.

When we turned up we were told they had cancelled our reservation (not communicated by the hotel or by our booking website) and refused to deal with us, hurrying us out of the door. They had even sent us a welcome message the day before contradicting their story of cancelling our room. The hotel refused to help us until we engaged our booking service and then they suddenly offered a room in another hotel. We gave up and went elsewhere where they would be more trustworthy. I am very disappointed
