Lovely experience and the food was good. I personally found that they seemed over friendly with white tourists yet they it’s locals seemed to ignore and be quite rude. Can’t blame Hyatt for that. The actual stay was nice.

Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

整個resort就是一個類似監獄的地方在一個鳥不拉屎的地方如果你就想去酒店裡躺平那你可以試試這裏 😡沒有任何服務有服務的話就是需要你的各種小費我在這裏住了3天 200美金全部拿去給了小費這有多少誇張完全不推薦體驗感太差了

Excellent staff, food for an all inclusive is outstanding. Beaches are beautiful. Great staff. Great service. I would give it 5 stars except for the annoying timeshare group called PLAYA. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!Scammers

The resort needed to have visible security monitoring of the areas. My husband and I were bullied by a couple verbally and it continued for over 15 minutes and no security or staff members were present. I was very disappointed.

The resort and staff were very nice. But there is lack of entertainment during the week. The resort would be way better if there were more activities, especially during the day/week. I arrived on Monday and the only day there was activity at the pool was on Thursday, and I was leaving on Friday. There’s no club. There’s a small bar that stays open until 12am. If you’re looking for parties/activities this might not be the best option. Overall, the staff and food was amazing
