Excellent location. Comfortable room. Welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding A variety of walks available from the door. 15 mins from main train station. Guest card enabled free travel by bus and train between Innsbruck and Brenner Pass and also local villages,

A nice hotel with a youth hostel feel with fantastic play area for kids up to about 13/14 years old. Nice buffet breakfast and Dinner. Dinner main course options are usually but not always child friendly. Room is basic but adequate, clean and with good storage room for clothes etc. It felt a bit expensive overall for what it was. 570 euros half board for two nights for a family of four. But maybe I am out of touch with hotel prices....

We checked in (basic room/ok bed). When we rested in bed after entering the room, suddenly the door to another room opened ad a man was looking at us!! How is that possible? We were shocked! The unexpirienced receptionist found out that somebody forgot toclose this door… UNACCEPTABLE. We arrived from Italy and wanted to eat Austrian food and asked for advise and she told me that there was no other than italian food in the surroundings and advised to eat the the hotel buffet with lots of noisy children. Not attempting at all.. I googled and found a phantastic gasthoff Lamm in the next village. Was she lying or didn’t know? Upon departure found staff unpolite/not asking how we were and not wishing a nice day / trip. This attitude doesn’t belong in the hotelstaff.

Siamo stati benissimo! Posto auto, colazione abbondante, camere pulite. Il personale molto preparato e il posto è Pet friendly. Siamo stati una notte, di passaggio, ma abbiamo già prenotato una stanza per il nostro viaggio di ritorno. Complimenti!

„Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das immer für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die zentrale Lage des Hotels war ein großer Pluspunkt, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in gerne wieder hier übernachten!

Das Hotel ist vor allem für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Kinder sind dort gut beschäftigt und stören nicht. Es gibt eine Bolzhalle und Kletterspielplatz, aber auch eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum. Ein kleines, feines Skigebiet, fußläufig zu erreichen garantiert einen stressfreien Skiurlaub mit Kindern.

Schönes Familienhotel in Top Lage mit nur 2 Gehminuten zur Talstation (Gondel). Guter Skikeller mit Skischuhheizung. Moderne Lobby / Bar mit integrierter Pizzeria, Pizza original italienisch und sehr lecker. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Abendbuffet eher nicht so gut. Meist leckere Suppe und solide Salattheke; Hauptgerichte jedoch sehr budgetorientiert - wenig frisches Gemüse (Tiefkühlware) leider. Lediglich einmal wurden z.B. frische Möhren in einem sehr leckeren Kichererbsencurry verwendet. Reis leider immer nur ganz günstiger, nie Basmati etc. Die übrigen Tage war das Buffet zudem eher eintönig mit Nudeln & Tomatensoße, Kaisergemüse aus der Tiefkühlung oder Erbsen /Möhren aus der Dose. Das war sehr schade. Zimmer sind nicht groß aber modern eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Sauberkeit leider nicht so gut - das sollte besser werden. Auch unter den Betten / hinter dem Sofa sollte gestaubsaugt werden und im Bad war die Sauberkeit auch nicht ausreichend - hier haben wir selbst nachgeputzt um uns dann wohlfühlen. Was allerdings toll ist am Hotel: Alle sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, packen mit an und helfen untereinander - das merkte man als Gast immer wieder und trug sehr zum Wohlfühlen bei.

Wir waren insgesamt vier Mal in den letzten 8 Jahren in diesem JUFA - Hotel zum Ski Urlaub. Die ersten drei Male waren echt schön. Dieses Mal im Dezember 2024 ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Essen nicht mehr so vielfältig mehr wie früher und das Personal nicht mehr so freundlich wie früher, vielleicht liegt an weniger Personal!?
