We were put into a “separate/other” property, that was unkempt and building materials in the garden. The room assigned to us reeked of long-term smoke despite advertising rooms as non-smoking - and as someone with respiratory issues, I couldn’t stay there. I asked for an alternative room and was told they were fully booked and I had to stay there. We left, requesting a refund, which we have not received, nor an apology from the owners. We had to book and pay for other accommodation. Shocking customer service.
