Amazing new discovery hotel with a huge spa with thermal water. Beautiful surroundings not far from the skii slopes. We came for a short break and appreciated very much the services and amenities the place has to offer. Great spacious and clean room, amazing food and superb spa and spa treatments. We even got some of their own comano terme produced creams and we are loving it !!! We highly recommend this place for relaxing and wellness short breaks!

Thermal hotel with well curated wellness journey, including thermal pool, thermal shower, sauna, steam bath and a large massage menu with diverse services. It features comfortable rooms and a very good restaurant. Service is of very good standard. As a little remark: restaurant wine list is definitely over priced, hopefully to be readjusted to market average in the future. The hotel sits in a relaxing park (public) with extremely well curated woods and grass. Ideal for a holiday of relax and self-care in the nature.

Cerca recensioni silvia menghini 4/5 un minuto fa su Google Struttura termale di livello con ampio parco verde nel circondario, camera ampia e pulita; la spa e piscine termali sono ben curate con possibilità di usufruire di snack e tisane, regolamento spa disatteso dagli ospiti e non fatto rispettare dagli addetti. Buona l' offerta a buffet di varianti a colazione mentre per quello che concerne la cena si potrebbe dare opportunità agli ospiti di diversificare il menù (di solito troppo gourmet)con un menù più tradizionale; personale di sala un po' inesperto ma magistralmente diretto dal maitre Alfonso, molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Prezzi delle bevande eccessivi e se non si chiede la carta delle bevande i prezzi sono a sorpresa. Acqua non imbottigliata a 2,90€ e vini locali esosi, infatti abbiamo notato pochi tavoli ordinare vino. Per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Esperienza fantastica fin dall’accoglienza alla reception Marta ci ha accolti con professionalità cordialità e passione La struttura e’ fantastica la camera bellissima tutto pensato per il relax ! La Spa splendida e le acque ottime per la pelle e la depurazione . Le piscine interne ed esterne la sauna e i piccoli snack e tisane perfetti Il ristorante eccellente , cene gourmet da una stella Michelin E poi il parco in tuffo nel verde e intorno ci sono molte esperienze da fare outodoor o solo enogastronomiche ! Vini e Okio del Garda Ci torneremo presto

abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel per un weekend di relax. spa direi piccola in confronto a come la descrivono, l'acqua della vasca esterna fredda, non sono riuscita a starci dentro, cosi come sauna e bagno turco, per mio parere personale non era caldo, al contrario resto contenta dei servizi benessere, quale il massaggio, veramente rilassante e la ragazza molto professionale. oltre questo il servizio non l'ho trovato all'altezza di un 4 stelle, anzi.. lasciando perdere i prezzi esagerati che ti fanno pagare per gli extra, esempio a cena abbiamo ordinato un a bottiglia di vino, che è stata aperta da una cameriera che non riusciva ad usare il cavatappi, ha sporcato la tovaglia versandolo nel bicchiere e oltretutto non avendo finito la bottiglia ho chiesto di portarla in camera... il costo del servizio 7€, che personalmente pesano se considero come è stata servita. colazione a buffet.. CAFFE' E CAPPUCCIO te lo facevano pagare a parte, cosi come, l'acqua a cena.. non ho mai visto un hotel che con formula Mezza Pensione (che è quella che abbiamo scelto noi) che facesse pagare il caffe al mattino, in sala colazione, a parte. i tutto in weekend abbiamo deciso di fare un aperitivo, con due bicchieri di vino.. veramente costosissimi... in sintesi, penso che non tornerò

struttura veramente ottima , ottimo servizio , ottimo ristorante e zona SPA con acqua termale , camere gransi e spaziose sempreipulute ..insomma da consigliare assolutamente - ci si arriva in 10 min da riva del garda comodoi anceh per pii visitare il lago

Splendido grand hotel con annesso centro termale, dagli spazi con arredo design e grande sala ristorante per colazioni e pasti. La camera molto ampia, con letto kingsize, prodotti all'acido ialuronico e all'acqua termale come omaggio di benvenuto, insieme a un set molto curato di biancheria e ciabattine infradito per accedere giornalmente alle terme. Attrezzata palestra a disposizione degli ospiti e disponibili percorsi detox da effettuarsi presso il piano dedicato al centro estetico e alle inalazioni benefiche dei vapori termali. Colazione molto ricca, con prodotti genuini di territorio (yogurt, miele, marmellate a km.0), ottima selezione sia di proposte salate che dolci. Sicuramente un bellissimo luogo dove rilassarsi per una settimana. Si torna davvero rigenerati nel corpo e nello spirito.

Semplicemente fantastico. Una settimana di benessere, relax completo, aperitivo accattivante e cibo ottimo. Un parco fantastico per passeggiate e rigenerazione. Tutta la famiglia è rimasta contenta. Da rifare prossimamente. Super consigliato.

Siamo appena rientrati da un weekend lungo in questa struttura . Struttura ben tenuta camere spaziose per il resto qualcosa da ridire : Per cambiare la temperatura delle stanze bisogna chiedere in reception ( mal minore ) nonostante la richiesta la nostra stanza risultava sempre freschetta al nostro rientro, in quanto il riscaldamento sembrava spegnersi ogni volta che uscendo toglievamo la chiave . Risultato più spiacevole : stanza super umida con gocce d’acqua alle finestre . Centro benessere carino , peccato che un giorno le saune non erano state accese o qualcosa del genere ( nel pomeriggio quando siamo arrivati non funzionavano poi sono state fatte ripartire ma la temperatura non era quella indicata ), oltre al fatto che per due giorni non ci fossero gli asciugamani adibiti . Colazione senza infamia senza gloria , idem per la cena durante la quale o arrivavi subito o rischiavi di trovare gran poco al buffet iniziale che al 80/90% era di verdure . Portate nulla di eccezionale . Altra cosa se finivi ma rimanevi per chiacchierare una volta arrivato l orario di chiusura per del pasto veniva fatto ben capire ( anche esplicitamente) che era il caso di lasciare il tavolo .Avendo diverse esperienze su hotel con centri benessere posso dire che qui non tornerei , prezzo sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità ed ai servizi inclusi offerti . Penso che in Alto Adige sarebbe un 3 stelle superior
