Sibani Lodge

My experience at Sibani was bittersweet, sweet in that our Luxury Lodge was absolutely amazing. However few things were unpleasant, 1. there is no phone line from the rooms so we have to whatsapp, the manager did not respond to our whatsapp messages, at one point I had to walk to the restaurant for ice and walked back carrying it myself. 2. The manager again was not the friendliest I witnessed him greet certain guests and not others and I hate to say this but what I witnessed was race inclined. 3. The safari with not a single animal insight was so disappointing, I am convinced there are no animals on that property, funny thing is the guide warned us that we may not see any before we even departed. We paid R12 000 for the 2 nights and I honestly don't feel that we got our monies worth. What I have to commend is the waitresses service, specifically Portia, she is a gem. I forgot my speaker at the lodge and again sent a whatsapp to arrange for it to be returned but as usual I got no response; I managed to call Portia, and she personally sent it back to me via Pep Send on her day off. She is absolutely amazing!

i had an amazing stay at Sibani Lodge. The staff was absolutely amazing, the ambience was breath-taking and the unit had beautiful views and was clean. i thoroughly enjoyed the activities as well.

Great outdoor experience. Clean and exclusive tent. Friendly staff. Awesome food at the restaurant. It was great seeing animals as we move around to the restuarant.

My best friend and I were only able to stay for one night, but what fun. We got to see the friendly roaming Giraffee, and the tent itself was amazing. Fully equipped with everything you need and for that “escape the city” feel. The staff were phenomenal. From accommodating our early check out, preparing a take away breakfast and providing a cozy place for me to wait, the staff ensure we were well looked after. Would highly recommend. The only “down side” was not having enough time and the jacuzzi was a bit too hot so we could unfortunately not use it. However, besides this it was an awesome stay and would definitely recommend it.

The food The menu on the website wasn't available due to Chef Ken not working there anymore. The food was okay we had dinner there on the first night and it wasn't amazing so we ate out for dinner and lunch. The breakfast was great and made to order. The picnic The meun online wasn't what I received there. We got one wing each,3 cocktail Sausages, a chicken mayo sandwich no flavor, little bit of cheese and biltong. It was disappointing. The cleaning lady They take your key at breakfast to clean your room but what happens is the cleaning lady makes your bed the wipes your shower. My floor weren't cleaned and the trash wasn't taken out daily. The Safari drive It was so nice the driver was a 10/10, she went out of her way to make it rememberable. The room It was amazing I loved it, it had a happy birthday message in flowers on the bed. It look just like the pictures. Because you in the bush be prepared for flies and mosquitos all day every day.

A peaceful place, place to connect with your Loved once,place of its own atmosphere. Best place ever.
