Had a wonderful stay, I come hear for work and stay hear everything. Always clean, always friendly. Perfect location. Lianne the manager is amazing, goes above and beyond to make my stay perfect! Working mostly nights it is difficult to get room cleaned and not be disturbed. Thanks to her professional attitude and kind nature I always have a fantastic stay, would recommend this hotel to any and all. Kind Regards Kieron Galton

As a wheelchair user I found the entrance very easy to negotiate and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly once in there the bed was reasonably comfortable some pillows extremely fluffy others fairly flat and obviously will use but all said and done I would definitely be using this hotel again

We are lucky enough to stay here quite a few times a year. We only live local but we choose to stay here when we need to meet up and have a break from normal life. Superb service. Brilliant staff. Super clean and lovely rooms. 100% recommend. .Lianne is the manager and she is Fantastic. Always there to great and help. Ben who checks in guests and works the bar...well wait can I say....wonderful human...great service Brilliant conversation.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Warm friendly greeting on arrival, information about the hotel and local attractions, plenty of parking, spacious very clean room, tea and coffee top ups available in reception, no need to ask! Good bar and dining area. Only slight downfall was the breakfast could do with more choice.

Booked this hotel on line and mad a boo boo with the booking Charlie and his colleague were brilliant with sorting out the problem. Can not fault his commitment, and personal service.Ten out of ten.The service they provide was beyond expectations

Ben. A wonderful bartender. He really lifted the atmosphere in the evening, he made delicious cocktails and had great banter with everyone, which helped brighten our long day at work. Would recommend staying here just for him. Thank you Ben.

The rooms are basic but comfy . Unfortunalty on our stay the stairwell smelled so bad of gas i had to report it as i was suffering with headaches due to it . The staff we're very good followed me out to investigate and admitted the smell was bad but that it was out of thier control as it was from works being carried out behind the premium inn.

Large hotel, but friendly and efficient check-in. Room was clean and adequately supplied - plenty of additional milk, tea and coffee if required. Breakfast was okay - not the largest selection I've seen in a Premier Inn. Nothing to complain about.
