Jax and Tara were both very helpful and even reminded me that I needed to register my car for the car parking as I forgot to do this on arrival. Saved me getting a parking ticket. They were both genuinely smiley and courteous .Working in front of house and restaurant can be challenging, you could tell that they care about their job. I asked for their names so that the Premier Inn heirachy recognises people like this within the business . 👍

Premier Inn good night promised delivered. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the hotel staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager Tara, made sure that our stay was comfortable. We have a son with autism and sometimes the initial welcome and interaction with staff can make our overnight stays fraught. Warm welcomes and empathy made our son relaxed and very happy. The hotel and restaurant were very clean and we all slept well. We will be back again. We'll done Tara and the team!

Not bad in general but don't expect a good shower. The water pressure of sink and shower is very low. I all fairness, I rarely get a premier inn with a good shower. I have nothing more to add but you have to write 200 characters. This is to put you off from writing a review.

A clean and well-run Premier Inn with an ideal location for Hertfordshire and Luton Airport. We had one overnight stay having travelled from Luton Airport earlier that day, and staff could not have been kinder, friendlier or more helpful. Very well organised from arrival to departure. Very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

We had two rooms for two nights and would recommend this hotel. The staff were all really helpful and polite; very chatty and friendly. Certainly couldn’t fault them at all. Rooms are as usual for a Premier; you know what you’re getting, comfy bed, blackout curtains. We slept really well and had a quiet room, despite being near the lift and door. There was plenty enough parking and it’s right near a large Sainsbury’s, if you forget anything or need any supplies. Breakfast both mornings, which was lovely; continental and cooked options. During peak times it’s cooked in bulk and ready to help yourself; when quieter they cook to order for you. The dining area is nice, and also has a bar. My only negative is that I ordered Mac n cheese one evening; I would have put money on it being a tin of Heinz, but sold for £12.99. The look, taste, texture and quantity; exactly Heinz. I could be wrong, but I certainly wouldn’t spend £12.99 on it again. Nothing else to fault, would definitely recommend the hotel.

Just come back from another great stay and glad the new restaurant is up and running so much easier and great staff and breakfast and dinner. Lewis and kian lovely lads. And went for just drinks another night and had a lovely young lady called alexia. Rooms comfy but tired. But we keep coming back to this hotel as the staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Tara has a very good team. And Sharon always gives a warm welcome nothing is ever to much. Thanks again till.the next time.

I was very lucky to find a room on the day my father had to be taken to the nearby hospital as an emergency. Sharon and Tara were wonderful and very understanding of my current circumstances. The fact that I did not have to worry about my overnight stays and could concentrate on my father during his admission was very helpful. One less stressful thing to think about. Thankfully the Premier Inn now has The Social, a new restaurant within the hotel. (The previous Beefeater has been permanently closed). Kian, Lucy and Lewis were brilliant hosts during both the Premier Inn breakfasts and dinner. The dinner menu although small has something for every one. My choice would be the Chicken Katsu Curry. The double room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. We managed to sleep well despite the reason for our visit. Lizzy was a superb housekeeper and the room was very fresh and clean after we requested a clean. We are very grateful to the team for making our stay comfortable and pleasant, hopefully to return but for a better reason.
