This is a lovely comfortable hotel, just be wary of the descriptions. There is no shuttle service and when we enquired about it, we were met with blank expressions, nobody knew anything about it. It cost us €40 for a taxi and the description ”Airport Hotel ” is misleading. On the plus side, the staff were outstanding, particularly the gentleman who was on duty beside the bar and the following morning at breakfast,what a gem. In general, Bergamo itself is probably a better option from the point of view of connectivity.
