Ideales Hotel für Tagungen Nette Grillhütte in der Nähe des Hotels Schöne Zimmer Gutes WLAN Sehr gutes Essen Freundliches Personal Einziger Negativ-Punkt war, dass es für den Kaffee keinen Süßstoff gab :-)

Wir waren im Verlauf einer Radtour zu viert für eine Übernachtung vor Ort. Obwohl wir drei Zimmer gebucht hatten, aber eines kurzfristig stornieren mussten, wurde uns das nicht nachgetragen. Im Gegenteil, wir wurden nach der Ankunft am späten Abend rührend umsorgt. Noch kurz vor Schluss wurde uns die Teilnahme am BBQ ermöglicht und Extrawünsche prompt erfüllt. Es gab reichlich zu essen, mit vielfältiger Auswahl, hervorragend zubereitet und dargereicht. Alles mit einer heute selten gewordenen, authentischen Herzlichkeit - von den Servickräften bis zu Chefin und Chef. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Aufgrund eines Radunfalls unserer Freundin konnten wir am Morgen die geplante Tour nicht fortsetzen. Hier zeigte sich die besondere Herzlichkeit und außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft der gesamten Hotelführung vom Seniorchef über die Chefin und den Chef bis zum Junior, der uns zurück zu unseren Autos in Schwäbisch Hall fuhr. Allen ein herzliches Dankeschön für diese erfreuliche Erfahrung.

Hotel ,Konferenzräume und Essens sind top. Personal alles sehr nett. Leider war ich im Gästehaus Zimmer Nr.98 gonz onen unter dem Dach untergebracht. Beim Betreten eiskalt. Mit meiner Wärmebildkamera im Handy 13,6°C an den Wänden und Möbel gemssen. Also schnell mal auf 5 gedreht und wieder runter zum Essen. Als ich dann ins Bett ging war es im Bad schön warm, im Zimmer war es jedoch immer noch so kalt. Am nächsten Morgen dann Hals und Kopfschmerzen. Ibu genommen dann ging der Tag gut vorbei . Am Abend das gleiche wieder, blöd wie ich bin habe ich mich wieder in die Kalte Bude gelegt. Nach 2 Tagen Konferenz dann gerade noch nach Hause gekommen und dann mit Schüttelfrost ins Bett. Seit zwei Tagen nun im Bett mit Kopf und Gliederschmerzen. Also wenn Ihr auch ein kaltes Zimmer vorfindet dann gleich reklamieren. Mit der Wärmebildkamera konte ich am zweiten Abend noch sehen das der Heizkörper am Eingang zwar 55°C hat aber nach der hälfte schon nur noch 25°C. Vermutlich ist der hydraulische Abgleich nicht sauber gemacht. Meine Kollegen im UG und ersten Stock hatten dieses ausgekühlte Zimmer nur bei einchecken.

Waren zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sauber und Service sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Meine Tochter hatten ein vier Monate altes Baby dabei. Alles klappte sehr gut. Wir haben auch ruhige Zimmer gehabt, die ich vorher gewünscht hatte
