A Family of 4 (2 adults, a 19 year old and a 14 year old), we wanted a holiday in the sun and with a private pool. Sea Villas in Stintino looked fairly attractive. Initial contact was good and Luca's texts and video's for late check in were more than welcome. The villa (4A) was very spacious (could sleep 8 with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room). Bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with a make over. Kitchen is definitely a let down. While the house is for 8, I really couldn't see how anybody can cook for 8. It is a dark space and kitchen utensils/dishes/pots/pans are very limited. There is a fridge, an oven and a washing machine. No microwave or kettle. You can pay to get a coffee machine but we tried multiple shops and coul not find reusable paper filters. There is a charcoal BBQ. The outdoor area is spacious and there are automatic sprinklers so the grass is lush. The pool was cleaned once during our 7 days stay. The pool is of perfect size and clean despite grass growing at the end of the liner. Air conditioning in all bedrooms are definitely a bonus. The complex itself is huge and it took a few days to get our barings. Early june is a bit early in the season so it was very quiet.

Location a pochi minuti dalla famosa spiaggia la pelosa e da altre spiagge, anch'esse meritevoli di essere visitate. Piscina pulita, così come il resto della casa. Il personale sempre puntuale e disponibile ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Da consigliare assolutamente. Qualità e cortesia.

Ho soggiornato al sea villas con la mia famiglia, nella villetta da 4 con piscina.. già appena arrivati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per quanto riguarda la posizione.. in un contesto tranquillo e residenziale, sembrava di trovarsi a beverly hills. A dieci minuti di macchina si può raggiungere il centro di Stintino e tutte le belle spiagge della zona. Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento tutto perfetto.. pulito e dotato di ogni comfort(anche la lavatrice ) , piscina sempre pulita e personale gentile e sempre disponibile… consiglierò questo posto a tutti perché vale davvero la pena!

Viajamos en el mejor momento, lindo clima para disfrutar de las playas y con poca gente. Los departamentos están en un complejo muy lindo y tranquilo, con muy bella vista. La mayoría parecía desocupado, no se si fue por la temporada o por que no habita nadie allí. Un poco antinguos, pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía. Las playas que tiene cerca son de las que más nos gustaron. Recomendamos mucho este lugar.

Appartamento veramente comodo e accogliente. Bagno grande, con acqua calda abbondante ad ogni ora. Camera matrimoniale grande con armadio e cassettiera,nonché un ripostiglio molto comodo. Cucinotto di piccole dimensioni ma con tutto ciò che serve,forno compreso. Suggerirei soltanto qualche pentola in più e magari qualche ciotola con coperchi. Sala da pranzo grande con divano letto matrimoniale. Balcone vivibilissimo con affaccio sul giardino interno e vista piscina. Giardino molto raccolto e piscina piacevole il tutto immerso nella tranquillità e nel verde. Anche il contesto in cui si trova l'appartamento è veramente ben curato e con una bellissima vista mare nei pressi della piazzetta. Ottima posizione a pochi km da Stintino e dalla spiaggia della Pelosa e ad 1 ora da Alghero.

Appartamenti bellissimi, grandi con piscina e nella pace assoluta, dotati di ogni confort! Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere le spiaggie,paesi e città più belle! Consiglio davvero tanto!

Buona posizione e villaggio tranquillo e ordinato. Lo staff professionale e disponibile a soddisfare le necessità del cliente. Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento purtroppo andrebbe sistemato/ristrutturato in particolare il bagno e i materassi dei letti andrebbero sostituiti

Bello, molto bello, direi bellissimo però gli asciugamani li dobbiamo pagare per averli. Si può anche vedere netflix e YouTube in tv, basta mettere l’account. La piscina è bellissima e ogni volta che sono tornata mi ci sono buttata subito con tutti i vestiti
