The apartment looks nice in general, modern and clean bathroom, nice pool and good location, relatively close to the beach. Unfortunately, almost most of the fabrics in the apartment had strains (sofa, curtains, cushions). Ridiculous amount to pay for final cleaning, taking into consideration that you have to take the rubbish out and clean the kitchen yourself.... Also very disappointed that we've book an apartment for 4 and only 1 bed was prepared. When went to reception, asking for help, rude lady with glasses said "let me explain it to you, it's not a hotel but an apartment. The second bed you have to prepare by yourself" (?!) The "mini bar" near the pool poorly stocked as they don't offer anything to drink for kids, they serve only coffee.

We arrived on 7th Oktober I booked this apartment in March so I payed only 500euro. But I think we pay too much the smell air inside wet and heavy.. Better not stay in this apartment more than one night.. No Cleaning service no extra towels,If you like towel you have to pay 10euro. So If you stay for one week is very difficult to not buy towels from them..

We did a booking for Capo Falcone apartments through an online booking website for one night. When we checked in we needed to pay additionally 78 euros extra for cleaning (and 2 euros city tax). The astronomical amount charged for cleaning for just a one night stay is ridiculous and should be clearly included in the booking price on any website where the rooms are listed. This is also the responsibility of the property, not only of the website. Cleaning should be just part of the booking price, not including it is a trap to lure customers to book with them. We tried to cancel the booking because we didn’t accept the ridiculous cleaning fee but they refused. There was no justification of the total price for just a basic apartment. It was not worthed at all and would warn people not to book this place.

Unbelievably late check in with no wriggle room as the office just isn’t open. Early check out too at 10am. They also take €200 deposit which I wasn’t expecting. Rooms are clean, but soundproofing poor. The area isn’t served well with either restaurants or supermarkets so stock up on your way. Did remind me a bit of a Butlins camp which I didn’t like. It’s quite a lot of units on the site with more under development next door. There’s no privacy on the terraces upstairs, and it overlooks the parking area.

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life this is the place to go. Quite far out from any amenities so a car is essential but it is like a piece of heaven and only a 2 minute walk from La Pelosa which is like a beach you’d see in the Caribbean. Staff are outstanding and can’t do enough for you. €200 deposit is required upon arrival which we were not informed before arrival.

We booked this structure with a Superior apartment with balcony, we were given a ground floor apartment without a balcony and obviously without a sea view for which they asked us €3250 for 12 days, the structure was not as represented in the beautiful photos of the site and booking therefore an additional total disappointment from the manager of the structure who was really rude as at the moment we presented complaints where the apartment was tanned mind dirty untouchable sofa dirty bathroom hair in the bed he gave the justification that it is the fault of the previous guests who do not take care of the structure and did not solve the problem for us by replacing the apartment that we had actually booked, leaving us there, in fact we went to another hotel for five days due to the taste of the structure and the behavior of the manager

Beautiful residence a few km from the town of Stintino and about 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, the Pelosa. Cozy apartments, modern furnishings. Inside you have an induction hob, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, sofa, hair dryer, pots and pans. 5 stars for cleanliness. Very friendly reception staff. Excellent pool service, very clean water and lifeguard always present. The greenery is very well kept and there is an almost total absence of insects of any kind. If I really have to make some notes, I would like to point out to the owners that, in my opinion, a bit of entertainment should be introduced for the guests. I understand that it is not a village however, in a week's stay, 2-3 evenings could be dedicated to some activity such as dancing, singing, shows or simple entertainment for the little ones.
