First room- dirty, ceiling leaked on our bed. Staff was unhelpful, barely spoke English. Attempted to tell us they couldn't help us with another room. Room they put us in was FILLED WITH MOLD. Made my husband and I sick. This place is a giant health code violation.

DIRTY! FILTHY! NASTY! Why is this property even a Wyndham property? I am sad to say that I own stock in this company & that I am a Diamond Member - this trashy dump provides such nasty rooms. Floors = DIRTY, Towels = BLACK STAINS, Sink = Blood Stains On The Side! Toilet Paper = I was left with a roll of about 20% left (where is the safety & sanitization there?) I requested a clean and sanitized room, I did NOT get it. No paper towels, 1 bar of soap but no shampoo, conditioner or lotion! What am I paying for? Woke up in the morning with water all over the floor from Air Conditioner! Could not wait to get out of there. I am sure the Medalia response will be the same old "Generic, We will use this to better train our employees" but hey Travelodge, You have horrible reviews already and you have done NOTHING to improve it! Why Not? This is an embarrassment of a Wyndham property!

Internet doesn't work in any fashion. No pool. Leaking toilet. Cigarette burns in my smoke free hotel room sheets and blankets. Just avoid this place like the plague even if it it means you need to pay more.
