Very rude grumpy old man in the reception, felt like we was bothering him. Dirty carpet outside our room, strange smell. Breakfast was ok especially scrambled eggs. One other problem was the sound from the neighbors , I could sometimes hear them very close

On September 23, I made a reservation at this property after checking in what currency I could pay in upon check-in, but did not receive a response from the property. Upon arrival, the hotel employee did not accept payment in euros, did not agree to a deposit in euros until the morning, and the check-in was at night, the exchange offices did not work, they were not allowed into the hotel, I had to spend the night on the street. At the same time, money was written off from the card with the comment “they didn’t show up for check-in,” in fact, it wasn’t my fault for not checking in, since there was no response from the hotel, although a request was sent. After the money was written off, a request for a refund was sent to the hotel. The hotel did not contact. Two weeks later, a repeated request was sent, a response was received that the hotel does not accept cash, but this information is not on the hotel’s booking page and the hotel was sent a request in advance, to which the hotel did not respond.

The Hotel was clean and well laid out, breakfast was good. Restaurant struggles with a Macdonalds and KCircle all offering food sharing the same car park. The room was adequate, a good shower but limited choice on television

Bästa hotell i Stockholm kan man säga. Så trevliga och hjälpsamma personal. Clean and beautiful rooms, near to bensin station and Mcdonalds as well as Kista. I loved the place. I will recommend it to my friends and family to stay here when ever they come to stockholm .

The hotel was nice & clean . Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was every room had 2 single beds but wasn't that bad . I'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was good . The usually stuff . Could have had a halal option.
