If it weren't for the techno music loud volume at 10pm from a convention at the hotel I would be very happy, but this detail cancelled everything out.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.

Slarvig städning och dålig tv som ej åtgärdades fast vi påvisade detta. Bra frukost men super dåligt att man tog kraftigt betalt för att få bada i poolen.
Med tanke på att hotellet är rankat **** fyrstjärnigt så kan man förvänta sig lite mer och lite bättre än av genomsnittet.
