When I booked the Wasa Park Hotel, I was already aware of all its advantages: a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park, a one-minute walk to the metro, a few stops direct to the Old Town, and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. This turned out to be exactly true. Only one thing puzzled me—I wasn't entirely sure what I was booking. I reserved a serviced apartment, but all the websites stated that this address belonged to a hostel. It turned out both are in the same building, sharing a common reception and breakfast area. My studio apartment was small but perfectly suitable for two people. The kitchenette had everything necessary to prepare full meals. There was no desk in the room, but the wide windowsill served just as well. The room was clean and regularly serviced. Breakfasts were simple but fully adequate. I also have to mention the receptionist, Andrew, who was very attentive, friendly, and helpful.

When we arrived to the hotel we immediately checked the beds and found bed bug marks. We went to the reception and said we cannot stay in the rooms because there is a bed bug problem, mut the man in the reception (the owner maybe) at first did not "know" what a bed bug is and pretended not to understand us. When we showed the pictures he told us that there indeed WAS a problem EARLIER but not anymore. That proved they were aware of it, lied and seemingly did not take action. They also made sure we cancel our reservation via the app ourselves, so that they can rebook the room on the same day for someone else. I would avoid.

I stayed in the apartment with two other friends of mine. I think it was big enough, kitchen well equipped, private bathroom, a plus, clean and quiet. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't anything special and quite small but more then enough, considering also the price, the location and the city. Perfectly located, in front of the airport shuttle bus stop but also metro and bus stops for the city. Within walkin distance from many attraction and city center (around 20 min). If you don't have high expectations, it has everything you need.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Es gibt gutes Frühstück, mit süß und pikant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich. Einfach typisch schwedisch.

Emplacement parfait, avec métro et train, zone calme. Accueil sympa sans chichi. La décoration donne le ton, année 80 en Angleterre au 1er étage d'un immeuble à usage d'appartement privé, chacun a ses goûts. L'isolation phonique intérieur est inexistante, portes donnant sur les communs avec 2 cm de jour en bas, plancher haut non isolé et des tapis partout. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas de salle particulière mais on dejeune dans le couloir, sans grande qualité mais avec le minimum et avec des tables devant les chambres.. ne comptez pas faire de grasse matinée, soit à cause du bruit soit des odeurs. Une fois que tout ça est connu, le rapport qualité/prix est bas, néanmoins cela est intéressant.

Nous sommes venus à 6 pour une semaine de vacances à Pacques. Nous avons passé 6 agréables nuits et 6 bons petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est calme et très propre. WC et Salles de bain sont sur le palier sauf pour le studio qui a sa kitchenette ses WC et sa salle de bain. Globalement si chacun y mets du sien l’ensemble reste propre. Ça été le cas pour notre semaine de vacances. Les lits sont corrects, un peu mous mais on s’y fait. Le petit déjeuner est bon et diversifié. Le pain est bon. La marmelade d’orange aussi. Attention par contre à bien respecter les heures de petit dej’ réservées. La salle est petite et rapidement complète. Le wifi est performant. Attention : nous n’avons pas vu de lits double sur les 3 chambres et studio que nous avions.
