Best hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada.

Everything is perfect, the only drawback I would say the shower head. It is so nicely designed but not practical with current water pressure. The service was great. I arrived early in the day. They still manage to sort out a room for me. Room is clean and nicely designed with all the amenities. Great location.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is really a hotel that I can’t fault! It's the kind of place you'd stay at again! The location is great, within walking distance to the palace, the old city, and the shopping mall. The hotel furnishings are elegant and exquisite, and the beds and quilts are extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the first floor are delicious. The reception staff are friendly!

The hotel location is too convenient. I booked a more advanced room in the city center, but it was inconvenient for the disabled room at first, but I changed it the next day. Hotel breakfast is good, but also a good old hotel

The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

The hotel has a great location and nice rooms. It is small but well-equipped. The details are very nice. The hygiene is poor and the service is not satisfactory. When we checked in, we found a bunch of hair on the shower wall that was not cleaned. We contacted the front desk to explain the reason. The front desk replied that they would deal with it immediately. After waiting for 10 minutes, no one came. We asked the front desk and they said they were on the way. This journey was very long. It took more than half an hour for us to leave the room. We showed the photos to the front desk. The surprised expression was very appropriate. They said they had been there. When we returned to the hotel, the hair was still hanging on the tiles and there were traces of cleaning on the sink. I am too lazy to say anything more. I dealt with it myself.

I experienced an ancient elevator and the service was very good

This is an excellent hotel I have been staying in Northern Europe. Great service with cozy atmosphere downstairs the bar and the restaurants. The room is comfortable like home. I will book this hotel again next time to Stockholm.
