Poor amenities. I couldn’t use the common bathroom and toilet.

Upon arriving - I didn’t realise just how far away it was from Stockton town. Nonetheless, we checked in and got the wrong room. After much talking with the reception, they changed it. No running water in the bathroom or showers. Generally quite a dirty place, but certainly made for a story to tell somebody one day! The price was reasonable, but not for what we got.

Do-not stay here it’s a crack den , absolutely filthy not fit for purpose. All the rough sleepers shot in hotel , the place needs shutting down , sooner sleep in a car than the metro inns , a police cell is probably 10 times cleaner .i don’t know how the place has not been closed down ,

Easy check in beds very comfortable budget hotel good value for us rooms very small seperate showers and toilets you pay for what you get only bad thing someone stole some of my daughters ice creams from the fridge.

This place is horrendous I'm a recovering addict and this place is fukin put to shame by some of the crack dens I've existed in I can't stress enough if your normal member of society or have children do not come here it's fukin disgusting and sadly the place is full of sick people in active addiction or jail leavers

Where to even start! Upon arrival to what i can only describe as ROTTING HELL, to walking into reception the smell was disgusting! MEN what can only be described as ex cons, drug ******* and thieves all gathered in the foyer area eyeing up cars and people upon entry, didnt even check in walked right back out AVOID AT ALL COSTS
